HARRISBURG (AP) — Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has won a case in Pennsylvania’s highest court that had challenged his eligibility to appear on the state’s GOP primary ballot and serve as president.
The state Supreme Court order Thursday upheld a lower-court judge’s decision to dismiss the case.
A Pittsburgh resident and registered Republican voter, Carmon Elliott, had argued that Cruz isn’t eligible to run for president or to appear on Pennsylvania’s April 26 primary ballot because he was born in Canada.
Commonwealth Court Judge Dan Pellegrini ruled March 11 that common law precedent and statutory history maintain that an eligible candidate includes any person born to an American citizen, regardless of where.
Elliott had acknowledged that Cruz’s mother was born in the United States and has been a U.S. citizen her whole life.

The law can say that blue is green just as easily the Elite can cay that a Canadian Citizen is an American Citizen.
How much was this so-called judge bribed…or did someone threaten to “Scalia” the guy? Or was he a Cruz supporter who should have recused himself? But what else can be expected in a lawless nation? If there are selections in 2020, do not be surprised if some illegal alien is allowed to run for “President”….You know, some member of MS-13! (Who can’t speak English, of course…)

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has a history of being corrupt.

All power is vested in and with We-The-People (WTP) of the united States of America. WTP are the ones who gave all courts all powers that they presently exercise. In this situation, according to Art. III Section 1, “The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” Since this is WTP’s directive, WTP gave them all power, we can take away all or part or override their power. WTP are the Government. All judges, governors, senators, et al are only representatives of the government, namely WTP.
If WTP say is takes BOTH parents to be born in the USA in order to create an offspring who is eligeable to run for POTUS, then that’s the decision that stands and that without review.
Also, the element of parent birth location is not the issue. The issue is that BOTH parents must have been born in the US of A.
Further, this case addresses only a State of Penn. issue. For this to have national enforcement, it must be tried in the US Supreme Court.

WOW! So apparently, “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” doesn’t mean anything to this judge. This guy is a judge but apparently, he’s never read the Constitution. Funny, I don’t remember the Constitution stating, “The person has to be a Natural Born citizen OR a person born to an American citizen”. Am I missing something? Where was that? Please show me.
