Bank robbing depositorsReuters – by Paul Day

Spain on Friday said it would introduce a blanket taxation rate of 0.03 percent on all bank account deposits, in a move aimed at harmonising regional tax regimes and generating revenues for the country’s cash-strapped autonomous communities.

The regulation, which could bring around 400 million euros ($546 million) to the state coffers based on total deposits worth 1.4 trillion euros, had been tipped as a possible sweetener for the regions days after tough deficit limits for this year and next were set by the central government.   Continue reading “Spain says to charge tax of 0.03 percent on bank deposits”

After her 7-year-old daughter, Liza, was diagnosed with an aggressive and generally fatal kind of brain tumor in 2011, Jennifer Scherr decided to treat the cancer with cannabis oil. At the time marijuana was not legal for medical use in Illinois, although a law authorizing a pilot program took effect this year. Scherr’s father-in-law, Curtis Scherr, a Chicago police officer, nevertheless agreed to help her grow marijuana in the hope of prolonging his granddaughter’s life. He obtained the high-intensity light bulbs Jennifer needed and stopped by the house periodically to check on the grow operation. But about a week after Liza died in July 2012, Curtis ratted out her grieving mother, filing a search warrant application in which he reported having seen 50 marijuana plants in Jennifer’s basement. A state judge issued a warrant, which a dozen or so DEA agents used to search Jennifer’s house on July 19. They did not find any contraband, since Jennifer had discarded the plants after Liza’s death.   Continue reading “Cop Rats Out His Daughter-in-Law After Helping Her Grow Marijuana for His Cancer-Stricken Granddaughter”

CHICAGO—Highlighting increasingly dangerous conditions within the city, a new study published Monday by Northwestern University’s Department of Environmental Studies revealed that approximately 75 percent of the air in Chicago is now composed of bullets.

“Far exceeding the levels of carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and even oxygen, bullets now constitute three-fourths of Chicago’s air supply,” said atmospheric scientist and study coauthor John Molina, stressing that the dense and widespread deposits of jacketed lead and copper in the air pose severe and potentially fatal health risks to all Chicago residents.   Continue reading “Environmental Study Finds Air In Chicago Now 75% Bullets”

The battle for favoritism among the ‘apparent’ leaders in Iraq continues. Russia just delivered the second batch of Sukhoi fighter jets (which will be flown by Iraqi pilots and “are ready to provide air support to the armed forces”), and the US unloaded 4,000 additional Hellfire missiles to support Iraq’s fight against the Islamist insurgents. While this morning the intelligentsia of mainstream media proclaimed “the situation in Iraq is calming down” predicated on the fact that oil prices were lower and stocks at record highs, we suspect the additional war material  to Iraq will do nothing but increase the determination of the “Islamic State” to increase its Caliphate.   Continue reading “Russia Delivers 2nd Batch of Jets To Iraq As USA Unloads 4000 Hellfire Missiles”

On June 27, 2014, protective parents drew a line in the sand and said “no” to the court-sponsored human sex trafficking of nine year old Lexi Dillon. Parents from four counties stood firm inside and outside Judge Glenn Salter’s Courtroom where they were prepared to battle a secret judicial lynching of Lexi’s protective parent Ruby Dillon.

Custody had previously been awarded to an alleged child molester who is not allowed in the United States, reportedly for national security reasons. The alleged child molester Matathep Srikureja is not an American citizen but rather a Pakistani whose only citizenship is in Thailand. He reportedly has a history of meeting with Jihadist groups in secret, and it is suspected that this and Lexi’s credible claims that he molested her are the reasons the U.S. Government will not allow Srikureja in the country. From the left we often see tension between those who want to help the poor, and those who want to help the government. One recent example of this is the proposal to ban cash forwarded by Harvard’s Ken Rogoff.

The gist of Rogoff’s beef with cash is that cash fuels the black market, and it makes it harder for the government to push negative nominal interest rates. In both cases, Rogoff doesn’t even get that he’s describing benefits of cash, not problems to be solved. Continue reading “How Government Forces the Poor Into Black Markets”

American Red Cross has been reluctant to make public details over how it raised and spent over $300 million in Hurricane Sandy relief funds. The charity’s lawyers say the disclosure would inflict “competitive harm” on the group.

The Red Cross supplied some of the information concerning its Sandy activity to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, whose office has been investigating the issue.    Continue reading “Red Cross says how it used Hurricane Sandy funds is ‘trade secret’”

OREGON — Police are announcing a blitz of forced ‘no-refusal’ blood-draw warrants for drivers this holiday weekend.

In Oregon, and many other states, drivers that are suspected by police of driving under the influence are presented with a choice: submit to a Breathalyzer search or lose your driver’s license for a year.   Continue reading “Oregon police plan ‘no refusal’ blood-draws for drivers”

CHICAGO SCHOOLSUSA Today – by Michael Winter

Nearly 1,200 Chicago teachers and other unionized staff received layoff notices Thursday because of declining enrollment, the city’s schools chief announced.

Pink slips went out to 550 teachers and 600 other members of the Chicago Teachers Union.

Public schools CEO Barbara Byrd-Bennett said the staff reductions “are driven by declining student enrollment at each of the affected schools,” which were not immediately identified.   Continue reading “Chicago lays off 1,150 teachers, staff”

As Congress remains gridlocked by the partisan wrangling over the issue of illegal immigration, New York City this week approved two separate plans that advocates say could signal a sea change in the ways cities handle undocumented workers and their families.

On Wednesday, the New York City Council earmarked $4.9 million of the city budget to give legal assistance to foreign-born New York residents facing deportation. This makes New York the first city in the US to provide lawyers for low-income immigrants detained by federal authorities. The city will provide such aid both for undocumented immigrants and for those with legal residency.    Continue reading “New York to provide free legal aid, IDs to undocumented immigrants”

Today the ACLU released a major report, tracking the militarization of the police in the United States. The report found, among other startling things, that only 7 percent of the 800 SWAT raids studied occurred in hostage and barricade situations and against active shooters. The vast majority were related to drugs. In what probably won’t come as a shock to black and brown people, the majority of these SWAT raids executed to serve drug warrants were against people of color.

Here in Massachusetts, we also released a report on the same subject. Unfortunately, it is very slim on SWAT raid details. One of the reasons it is so slim on these details is because the cops, when asked for after-action reports and statistics on raids, claimed they didn’t have them, that it would be too expensive to compile them, or that they didn’t have to obey public records law.   Continue reading “Regional SWAT squad claims it is a private organization, not subject to public records law”

Bill’s previous shared article: The flu is not the flu

Bill now shares: You might be interested in the article below which is also about the Townsend Letter and what has happened to IV fluids and how stealthily their disappearance has been accomplished and how serious their absence. Just as corn is a central food and then contaminated with GMOs, without people realizing it, IV fluids are perhaps the central piece of medical support and a nationally dangerous shortage has been “engineered.”

This matters enormously as it is a possible set up for mass casualties here.   Continue reading “A Follow-Up to “The flu is not the flu””

Compliments of the military industrial complex owned weather service, you can now know when to expect a chemtrail spraying. Yes, they not only own the weather as they said they would, but they also conveniently own the weather forecasting services. George Orwell would be proud.

Check your phone and look at the forecast image. If you see the hazy cloud formation over the sun it could very well be a chemtrail forecast.   Continue reading “Chemtrail Forecasting Made Easy”

00z0z_ha8Fa6vPniP_600x450I sent this in to Henry, but in the few hours meantime the Craigslist ad had been removed. Is it a false, false flag, with the ad intended for diversion? I cannot know, but since the ad has been removed in such a timely manner, it deserves a heads up to all in Houston, particularly Trenchers, and especially to those intending to attend the July 4th downtown (Eleanor Tinsley Park) celebration with its expected attendance of 100,000.
