In the United States, this is understood, that People are entitled to Protection of life, Liberty and Pursuit of happiness. Our Rights are embodied in our licenses; for example Our Right to travel, Right to work, pursuit of happiness depends on our driving license(s). The Rights of American people cannot be taken away without constitutionally mandated procedures in order to reduce the risk of erroneous deprivation.

California issued an anonymous and unsigned letters to suspend a driving license in 2011… The DMV never sent any notification prior to that order of suspension. Since the suspension, the DMV denied all requests to renew the driving license and denied all requests for a hearing before their own judge.    Continue reading “Can an Anonymous Order deprive American People of their Driving License?”

CNN claims, if you are stopped by police while driving you should obey a cops orders even if they break the law.

“The officer doesn’t know who you are” said Cedric Alexander, CNN law enforcement analyst. This is 100% B.S.!

When a cop stops a motorist what’s the FIRST thing they do? They run your registration through their databases which tells the officer who the owner of the vehicle is and what your home address is and that’s just for starters.   Continue reading “CNN claims cops are afraid of lit cigarettes”

[Today], the Judiciary Committee will hear testimony from Americans who lost loved ones to criminal alien violence. On Sunday’s Meet The Press, Chuck Todd made a declaration that would surprise these devastated families: “We couldn’t find a single study that links violent crime and immigration.”

Apparently neither Mr. Todd nor his research staff ever thought to look up the government’s own 2011 report on criminal alien activity, published by the Government Accountability Office. Continue reading “‘No Comment’: NBC Covers Up Evidence of Immigration Crime Wave”

The comparison was obvious from the moment the query arrived.  Gerry Spence wrote a book entitled Police State, How America’s Cops Get Away With Murder, published by St. Martin’s Press.  Even the cover art struck an eerie similarity to Radley Balko’s Rise of the Warrior Cop, which I reviewed and subsequently recommended as mandatory summer reading.   Continue reading “Book Review: Gerry Spence’s Police State”

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) called on commercial bus and truck manufacturers to install data recorders often referred to as “black box” recorders.

NTSB Chairman Christopher Hart said that despite “more than a decade of recommendations by the NTSB,” federal regulators at the U.S. Department of Transportation had not required them in large motor vehicles.  If you didn’t know nearly every car manufactured after 2005 has a black box, the NHTSA has an entire page dedicated to Event Data Recorders.   Continue reading “The Feds want speed limiters and surveillance devices installed in every car, truck and bus”

After less than a year under appeal, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit released its opinion in Trinity Wall Street v. Walmart Stores, Inc., explaining that Walmart cannot be forced to allow shareholders to infringe on customers’s 2nd Amendment rights.

The path to this judgement began in April 2014, when NYC’s Trinity Church sued Walmart to force the retailer to allow shareholders “to vote on the ‘sale of high capacity guns’–i.e., guns which take ‘high capacity’ magazines–as well as ‘other potentially offensive products.’”   Continue reading “Court Rules Walmart Shareholders Cannot Infringe on Customers’s 2nd Amendment Rights”
