Neenah, WI — The only casualty of an hours-long SWAT raid and hostage situation in Neenah, Wisconsin was a disabled veteran who had filed a $50 million civil rights suit after he survived a similar SWAT raid three years ago.

Michael Funk, a co-owner of Eagle Nation Cycles, was shot and killed by police after being held hostage for several hours on December 5. Police evacuated several buildings and closed down an entire street in the city, which is located about 40 miles south of Green Bay.   Continue reading “Cops Respond to Hostage Situation by Killing the Victim – Who Had a Lawsuit Against Them”

“Dealing with guns is one way to handle the violent crime issues that we have in this country,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

She also said “people come on the FBI’s radar screen for a variety of reasons,” and the accumulation of guns and bullets may be one of those reasons:   Continue reading “AG Lynch: ‘We Have Concerns’ About People ‘Who Have Large Stockpiles of Weapons’”

Warning: this article is an emotional trigger about emotional triggers…

“Conceive of it this way. Far up in the sky you have people, individuals, who are inventing the fulfillment of their most profound desires, making them fact in the world, no matter what—and way down below, miles under the earth, you have other individuals who could be doing what the sky dwellers are, but they’ve bamboozled themselves into thinking they can’t. Instead, they think they’re trapped in every little response they might have to any old stimulus that comes along. Both groups of people are creative, but they’ve channeled their imaginations and creativity in vastly different ways. Waking up may be hard to do, but you either do or you don’t.” (Notes for Exit From The Matrix, Jon Rappoport)   Continue reading “Syed Farook And The New World Of Emotional “Triggers””

PM Benjamin Netanyahu has condemned the statement of Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom who had earlier claimed that Israel resorted to unlawful killings of Palestinians involved in the ongoing wave of violence.

“The response [to Palestinian stabbing and car-ramming attacks] must not be of the kind – and this is what I say in other situations where the response is such that it results in extrajudicial executions or is disproportionate in that the number of people killed on that side exceeds the original number of deaths many times over,” Wallstrom said on Friday addressing Swedish lawmakers.   Continue reading “Israel fumes after Swedish FM slams ‘extrajudicial executions’ of Palestinians in ongoing violence”

On a Friday a couple of weeks ago, parents in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin were surprised to learn that their children would be forced to sit under transgender training in their local elementary school. The parents learned that the district would be allowing transgender activists to indoctrinate their children on sexuality just one school day later (the following Monday), and if the parents were concerned they should contact the district (which would of course be closed over the weekend).   Continue reading “Parents Stop School District from Pushing Transgender Confusion on 6-Year Olds!”

Miami Beach, FL — A bystander to a police altercation in Miami Beach captured a dramatic and outright cowardly shooting by Miami Beach Police Saturday morning.

The man who was killed had just held up a bank and was armed with a straight razor, so caution was definitely necessary. However, it was entirely clear that this man did not pose a threat at the time he was shot- especially to the cop in body armor who was armed with an AR-15 rifle.   Continue reading “Cowardly Cop Kills Man After his Fellow Officer Incapacitated Him With a Taser”

The Justice Department plans to launch an investigation into the patterns and practices of the Chicago Police Department, a wide-ranging review similar to those that scrutinized the police departments in Ferguson, Mo., and Baltimore, according to several law enforcement officials.

The civil probe, which the officials say could be announced early this week, comes as Chicago continues to grapple with protests after the release of a video showing the police shooting of Laquan McDonald, which prompted murder charges for the officer involved and the resignation of the city’s police chief. The Justice Department is already investigating the McDonald shooting, but this new investigation by the department’s civil rights division would focus on the police department’s practices broadly to determine whether any of them contribute to civil rights violations.   Continue reading “Justice Department will investigate practices of Chicago police”

On December 3 Politico reported that while Obama is pushing for more gun laws when the cameras are rolling, behind the scenes aides say he has “essentially given up on any significant gun control.”

They reported a similar situation among some of the most prominent gun control groups – a situation in which they are pushing gun control publicly while “leaders of the groups grumble” privately because the White House seems to be all talk, no action on gun control.   Continue reading “Presidential Aides: Obama Has ‘Essentially Given Up on Any Significant’ Gun Control”

Tens of thousands of left-wing protesters have taken to the streets of South Korean capital, Seoul, on Saturday to protest a number of government policies, which they believe threaten the country’s well-being and liberties.

An estimated 30,000 people showed up for the protest against President Park Geun-hye and her government, according to Itar-Tass. The event is held less than a month since the previous massive anti-government rally in the capital on November 14.   Continue reading “Tens of thousands march against government in South Korea”

How much time does it take to count over 5,000 guns? Apparently, 6 weeks is not enough, as a South Carolina police department discovered facing an “ass-load of guns” captured in one house in October. The other question is, how they were collected?

Brent Nicholson, 51, of Chesterfield County, South Carolina, was arrested in late October after local law enforcement discovered a collection of weapons and other, possibly stolen, materials and equipment at his home and at properties belonging to his family.   Continue reading “‘An a**-load of guns’: Cops still counting weapons seized in S. Like Brandon Ellingson, James Bava died at the hands of the Missouri Highway Patrol –but in Bava’s case, those hands were his own. Trooper Bava perished on August 28 when he crashed his patrol vehicle while giving pursuit to a speeding motorcyclist, later identified as twenty-year-old Serghei Pavel Comerzan.

Last week, Comerzan was arrested and charged with resisting a lawful stop, careless and imprudent driving, and failure to register a motor vehicle. Owing largely, if not entirely, to the privileged status of the individual who died while pursuing him, Comerzan was also charged with second-degree murder (or, alternatively, first-degree manslaughter), despite the fact that Trooper Bava’s own actions were the proximate cause of his own death.   Continue reading “Man Charged with Murder After Cop Wrecks his Own Car and Died While Trying to Give Him Ticket”

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D., Calif.) said she and other progressives had “proven it in California” that “sensible gun laws work” during a press conference one day after the mass shooting in San Bernardino, California, that left 14 dead.

Boxer, after making remarks about gun control legislation alongside fellow California Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D.) and other Democrats Thursday, took the podium back from Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) to respond to a reporter who said Congress had not passed gun control laws after mass shootings in the past and wondered why this massacre’s aftermath would prove any different.   Continue reading “Boxer: ‘Sensible Gun Laws Work, We’ve Proven It in California’”

Update at 8:40 p.m. ET: Senate passed legislation to defund Planned Parenthood and repeal the Affordable Care Act, with a 52-47 vote.

Here is our original post:

Senate Republicans are expected to achieve two goals on Thursday that have long eluded them — they’ll pass a bill that defunds Planned Parenthood and repeals the Affordable Care Act. The House has managed to vote more than 50 times to repeal all or part of the health care law, but it’s always been tougher in the Senate, where Republicans don’t have the 60 votes needed to pass bills Democrats oppose. This year, they’ll have a special procedure at their disposal to get around that.   Continue reading “Senate Passes Bill To Defund Planned Parenthood, Repeal Health Law”

Scientific evidence has emerged that questioning more is a sign of intelligence.
