I have taken the liberty to respond in the form of an open letter to your group discussion of how we should guarantee economic rights so no future government can ever again use either Austerity measures or personal or governmental bankruptcy to take away basic economic freedoms like food, housing and utilities. I once proved mathematically that Austerity measures cannot work in the sense of getting us out of debt. What they do is transfer wealth from us to the banks. Mike Judge’s film Idiocracy was a satire about America 500 years in the future having turned into a nation of morons. Idiots had lots of children and intelligent people stopped reproducing. Obamacare’s deductibles could turn us into a nation of welfare recipients in just one generation.

Obamacre is forcing tens of millions of Americans who do not currently have state assisted Medicaid to calculate their budgets. Of obvious concern to families is their higher insurance premiums and healthcare deductibles. Beijing has been preparing for a very long time for a future without the dollar. I have reported in the past that China has been co-operating with the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England to suppress the price of gold and silver to make the dollar and the pound appear to be healthier than they really are. The Chinese government is as corrupt as anything you will see in Washington or London. Take a look at this picture of smog in Beijing. The cities of China have particulate matter in their air 40 times UN recommendations. China has incompetent leadership and will soon need its dollar reserves to solve its domestic problems. I have written previously that China is co-operating with the Federal Reserve, the US Treasury and the Bank of England to manipulate the price of gold and silver to keep them low to make their currencies look good. Jim Willie did not mention that co-operation but has said this manipulation will be ended soon by market forces. I agree with that. China and Russia have enough gold and sufficient trade surpluses and allies to replace the dollar as the world’s reserve currency as early as January to March of 2014. China is the world’s largest gold producer. China owns gold mines overseas. The Banker Occupied Government in Washington has been imposing poverty on Americans by transferring wealth from the workers, farmers and small businessmen to the elite in New York and the City of London for more than 100 years. I have spoken many times of how the bankers steal our money. They create our money out of nothing and charge us interest for using their money. They also are allowed to steal billions of dollars every week from federal spending which we peasants are not allowed to audit. Donald Rumsfeld announced on 9-10-2001 that he could not trace 2.3 trillion dollars in Defense Department spending. Compare the talking heads on TV to this: A Depression cancels debts. There are historically three ways to cancel Unpayable Debts. First. Massive bankruptcies and layoffs when factories and businesses shut down. In the Great Depression of 1929-1939 at least 3 million Americans died from starvation. The kick the can down the road approach to the American deficit did nothing about the 915 billion dollars the US adds every month to its total of unfunded liabilities which was 221 trillions dollars just a few months ago. The Republican attempt to either delay Obamacare for a year or to repeal it altogether failed. An Internet radio host with good sources within the Republican party was told the party folded because the American people are not quite bright enough to see how bad Obamacare will be. The leadership decided to wait until January when the people get their new insurance bills with reduced coverage, higher deductibles, IRS fines and premiums 60% or more higher. In an interview Jan Skoyles of the Real Asset Company and Koos Jensen who blogs on China and gold have said that the Chinese government  has to be co-operating with the Federal Reserve to manipulate the price of gold. China accepted its chosen role to replace America as the World center for manufacturing during Nixon’s historic visit of 1972.

The economist Wassily Leontieff won the Nobel Prize for his analysis of the American economy. In the 1930s he studied the outputs of raw materials industries like iron ore and coal mining and their related steel and automotive industries. The people who think they own every government on the earth except for Syria and Iran are bankers. They do not know much about real people and their lives but they do understand money and interest rates. If you follow Zero Hedge or Bloomberg or some other financial source, you will already know that interest rates have been flashing ‘Warning! Crash Ahead’.

I should point out something about Janet Yellen our next Federal Reserve Chairman. Wall Street preferred Larry Summers (Samuelson). He would have done the criminal things to us that the Bankers want. They wanted Cyprus style bank Bail-Ins where the bankers seize our deposits to pay for their bad investments and their bonuses. Janet Yellen is a Jewish liberal. Her self-limiting option is to PRINT. She will lead us into the final stage of collapse which will be Hyperinflation.
