BEND – An FBI agent is suspected of lying about firing twice at Robert “LaVoy” Finicium and may have gotten help from four other FBI agents in covering up afterward, authorities revealed Tuesday.

The bullets didn’t hit Finicum and didn’t contribute to his death, but now all five unnamed agents, part of an elite national unit, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. Inspector General Michael Horowitz is leading the independent inquiry.   Continue reading “FBI agents under investigation for possible misconduct in LaVoy Finicum shooting”

According to a recent New York Times series of articles, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was the key Obama Administration figure arguing for a US attack on Libya back in 2011. She promised it would be a triumph of “smart power,” but with billions wasted, tens of thousands killed, and a country in ruins, it looks more like “dumb power.” Now the US and its allies are readying a new military force to go back into Libya to fight an ISIS that was not present before the US “liberation.” Score another defeat for interventionism. Ted Cruz, tagged as “Canadian” by a needling Donald Trump since the GOP race tightened in January, rejects any idea of being ineligible to be U.S. president.

While Trump hasn’t followed up on his threat to sue Calgary-born Cruz over what he says is the Texas senator not meeting the constitutional requirement of being a “natural-born citizen,” plenty of other people have. Trump has warned that Democrats will disrupt the electoral process by suing if Cruz is the nominee.

Of the many various scandals that surround Bill and Hillary Clinton, the mysterious death of a close friend and White House counsel during the Clinton administration has been one of the more sinisters clouds casting shade on them.

In 1993, Vincent Foster was discovered dead in Fort Marcy Park in the Washington, D.C., area, apparently the victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.   Continue reading “Report Reveals 2nd Wound On Dead Clinton Attorney… Still a Suicide?”

A ginormous container ship, the CMA CGM Benjamin Franklin, made its way to Terminal 18 at the Port of Seattle early this morning.

Cranes soon began lifting containers off the ship, possibly carrying recent Amazon purchases. In a press conference this morning, Stephanie Bowman, a Seattle Port commissioner, reminded the audience they were in a “unique position” to “get a close, personal look at the future of our region.” Bowman also stressed the importance of a working waterfront, stating, “We want to see our working water front filled more with working cranes rather than more ferris wheels.” Continue reading “A Massive Container Ship They’re Calling “the Future of Our Region” Just Floated Into the Port of Seattle”

I’ve thought about you. All three of you, with your guns pointed at LaVoy Finicum. The video still haunts me.

I would have been the first one to give you the benefit of the doubt. I was raised around law enforcement. I know good men in law enforcement. But that changed for me, as it did thousands of Americans, with the events that unfurled in Oregon as I felt utterly stunned at what I viewed in that video.   Continue reading “An Open Letter To The Three FBI Agents That Killed LaVoy Finicum In Oregon”

UPDATE/11:44 am/26 February: Bulgarian media and police sources are reporting that Omar was killed by falling from a high story of the building. They have noted that him being pushed is “not excluded.”  “Israeli media have been the first to report explicitly that Omar was ‘assassinated.’ This comes as no surprise. They’re simply the most knowledgeable and honest about the workings of their government and its intelligence agencies,” said Joe Catron of Samidoun.   Continue reading “Omar Nayef Zayed assassinated inside Palestinian embassy in Bulgaria”

Black’s Law Dictionary defines “recusal” as “removal of oneself as judge or policy-maker in a particular matter, esp. because of a conflict of interest.”

In the federal judiciary—a coequal branch with the executive—judges as well as Supreme Court justices are expected to recuse themselves, and do recuse themselves, from hearing cases with conflicts of interest that are less pronounced as Mrs. Clinton’s.   Continue reading “Hillary Clinton’s Pay-to-Play Speaking Fees Disqualify Her as a Presidential Candidate”
