MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Gubernatorial candidate Chris Holbrook was arrested for exercising his 1st Amendment rights while in a public park. He and some supporters were peacefully gathering signatures to achieve ballot access — a fundamental political freedom — but police insisted that he needed a permit and placed him in shackles.
Chris Holbrook, who is running for governor of Minnesota on the Libertarian Party ticket, has 2 weeks to gather 2,000 signatures in order to appear on the ballot. This is a requirement of all minor parties in state-wide races in Minnesota. Holbrook’s deadline is June 3rd. BARTOW, FL — A 16-year-old girl was arrested and expelled from school after she demonstrating the traditional ‘erupting volcano’ in class as a science experiment. Even a year later, she is still being haunted by the multiple felonies she was charged with.
Kiera Wilmot’s volcano was designed to demonstrate a chemical reaction simulating a volcanic eruption. Inside her volcano prop, was an 8-ounce water bottle with some toilet bowl cleaner in it. An organic farmer has lost a landmark court case against a neighbour who grew genetically modified food.
Steve Marsh was suing his neighbour and former friend Michael Baxter for $85,000 after claiming that GM canola drifted onto his oats, rye and sheep farm at Kojonup, 260km south-east of Perth.

The US/CIA/NATO have stepped up their military operations and continue to actively wage their secret war in Ukraine against the Ukrainian people in an extremely dangerous poorly planned operation that is failing and carries with it the real threat of sparking off a full-fledged war, if not World War III, against an unwilling Russian Federation which continues to attempt to deal with the aggressive-in-your-face-threat to its security through diplomacy and peaceful means. The recent capture and killing of 25 CIA officers in Ukraine only shows the desperation of the US effort and the complete disregard for not only international law and the people of Ukraine but also for the lives of their own CIA personnel.

House Democrats introduced legislation Friday that would make it more difficult for people suffering mental illness to obtain a gun.
The measure would ban the purchase or possession of firearms by anyone who has been involuntary committed to an outpatient medical facility by a court that finds him a threat to himself or others. Police are increasingly using mass fires and military war tactics to kill people with no other justification than that they are scared and concerned with their personal safety in dealing with the public. Conversely, people now see the police as enemies of the people, and are justifiably fearful of encountering the police in any circumstance. American citizens are now firing on police breaking into their homes like criminals. The State of Indiana has made it clear that Indiana residents may kill police acting like criminals.
We are increasingly seeing out of control cops with little regard for human life or for individual liberty and civil rights, killing people without cause. This is state sanctioned murder. Officers cite fear as the justification to riddle people with hundreds of rounds. The courts have gone along with these rationales. Police administrators fail to train, fail to supervise, fail to discipline, and fail to meet their responsibilities to maintain good order to the public. The US House of Representatives has approved a bill that would grant Israel over $600 million of American taxpayers’ money in military aid.

The US Department of Energy will not be able to meet a June-30 deadline for removing thousands of drums of nuclear waste from Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, where atomic bombs have been built for decades.

Organ replication took a leap at a Boston hospital, as doctors finally nailed the process of artificial vascularization with the use of advances in 3D bio printing together with biomaterials in order to create the first synthetic blood vessels.
Although huge strides have already been made in replicating all sorts of human tissue and organs, making delicate conduits from scratch was still some way off from reality. Now, by approaching the problem in a complex way involving several layers, vessels were engineered in a fashion conducive to the health of the blood vessel cells, which makes for more long-lasting vessels. The mission of protecting your family and community through tactical engagement is not enough. There’s a reason why there are aggressive Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations during conflict: to discover the threats before they appear and to discover the attacks before they’re launched. US/CF disrupted countless attacks in Iraq and Afghanistan, but it could not have happened had we been tucked away in our bases all day surfing on SIPR or JWICS.
