SACRAMENTO, Calif. – California state government departments will be prohibited from selling or displaying items with an image of the Confederate flag under a bill that passed the Assembly on Monday.
AB2444 by Assemblyman Isadore Hall, D-Compton, is headed to the Senate after passing on a 72-1 vote. Hall introduced the bill after his mother saw replica Confederate money being sold at the state Capitol gift shop, which no longer stocks the item. The Nevada cattle rancher in the white cowboy hat and his supporters had massed in defiance of federal policies and agencies that threatened to drive them into extinction. To the cheers of locals, the rancher climbed aboard a Caterpillar bulldozer and plowed open a county road that had been closed by the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). Are we talking about Cliven Bundy in 2014? No, the white-hat rancher to whom we are referring was Richard “Dick” Carver, a longtime county commissioner in Nevada’s sprawling and sparsely populated Nye County, and the date was July 4, 1994 — Independence Day, 20 years ago. In order to insure the uninsured, we first have to un-insure the insured.
Next we require the newly un-insured to be re-insured. To re-insure the newly un-insured, they are required to pay extra charges to be re-insured. The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became un-insured, and then re-insured can pay enough extra so that the original un-insured can be insured for free. Another casualty of the inflated police aggression is the well-based distrust of the law enforcement system. Taking true stock of the situation, we see that deaths of Americans at the hands of American police officers has surpassed deaths of American soldiers in the Iraq war in part, because our police force is overly militarized. For those who think tyrants will back off by peaceful protest with nothing to back it up is going to work. You are nuts. History has shown example after example tyrants do not give up power easily, especially to a disarmed crowd who will not be winning to stand up and push back. Despots will laugh is large crowds gathering and pleading with a monster to repent is all wishful thinking. To do the Battling in the info-war is one peaceful function we can do because the war on information is a big part of the battle. White House adviser John Podesta told reporters Monday afternoon that Congress could not derail the Obama administration’s efforts to unilaterally enact policies to fight global warming.

When the call came out from militias in Nevada that they needed help because a rancher’s Constitutional rights were being violated, Constitutional militia men, defensive patriot groups, and humanitarian aid groups responded from all over the United States. Individual citizens showed up to protest, and the Sleeping Giant was awakened. The Federal government, especially the BLM, found out that if they are going to trample on the Constitutional Rights of U.S. Citizens, they will meet overwhelming resistance. NEAR RICHLAND, WA – Hanford union workers tell NBC Right Now there was an explosion at the plutonium finishing plant cleanup site weeks ago, but the event wasn’t shared with the public.
The Hanford union representative says it happened when workers were cutting some pipe as part of the demolition of the Plutonium Finishing Plant.
The union representative wants to remain anonymous and says workers are concerned management isn’t putting worker safety first.

A family in New Jersey was in for quite the surprise when it went to pick out a new pooch after its beloveddog ‘Reckless’ was lost in Hurricane Sandy. News 12 New Jersey has the story:
‘A dog and his family are reunited 15 months after Sandy. Chuck and Elicia James of Kingsburg say they gave up hope of ever seeing their pit bull mix again. … They decided it was time to get a new dog and went to the Monmouth County SPCA.’

When, not if, the dollar collapses, we will have a brief opportunity to stop the wars, cancel Unpayable Debts and to reform the banking system. But to really change the direction of this country we will have to get along with people who had been oppressing us. One part of that Reconciliation process would have to be Restitution for the tens of trillions of dollars stolen from us.
Today I would like to make the case for a Truth and Reconciliation Commission which would allow those who had been abused by either federal or state and local governments to come forward and testify. These testimonies if corroborated could lead to criminal charges, fines, resignation from office or amnesty. We will need a permanent record of government abuse.
