We are getting reports of the Bar-Ricade banner, located on the left side below the American Jihad banner and above the “Power Companies Hate This” banner, not being seen. We need to know if this is just a few isolated instances or a problem with the website.

[poll id=”2″]A new study released by the U.S. Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center is linking opposition to abortion and other “fundamental” positions to terrorism, and pro-life leaders say it’s just a way to paint them in a negative way.
The study, “Challenges from the Sidelines: Understanding America’s Violent Far-Right,” says the major far right threats are from, “a racist/white supremacy movement, an anti-federalist movement and a fundamentalist movement.”

“No one expects the American Inquisition” (apologies to Monty Python). The Spanish Inquisition was said to be the worst time in the history of humanity, culminating in the Dark Ages, a time when man’s forward evolution was stifled by fear. When all is said and done, it may be viewed as a “cakewalk” compared to today. There are striking similarities between that era of ignorance, pain and bloodshed and cause for hiding one’s true beliefs, and now.
During the Spanish Inquisition, anyone who did not accept the authority of Pope Gregory IX was labeled a “heretic” and tortured until they renounced their own beliefs, or died. This was legitimized under a Papal Bull given to Isabella and Ferdinand of Spain. Today, the NDAA gives the same authority to various agencies of the United States government, against those who believe that they still live in a free country.

The communists’ argument for infringements on our 2nd Amendment is being turned upside down, ironically by the communists themselves. Out of one side of their mouth, they are insisting that the federal law is supreme and must be enforced by state and local officials. If not, then the federal government will enforce the federal law as it did in the south for the equal rights of black Americans, as guaranteed under our Bill of Rights.
However out of the other side of their mouth, they are saying that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and that state’s legislature can enact and enforce state laws that violate the 2nd Article of our Bill of Rights and the federal government will refuse to intervene and send federal troops to enforce this federal constitutional law.

Yesterday, the White House did that very thing of using children to follow the president like they did in the story of the Pied Piper. To help justify his illegal and unconstitutional actions on gun control, the White House released a number of letters that were supposedly written by kids, begging and pleading with the President to stop the gun violence and limit guns.

As the debate of gun control crescendos across America, there are signs of a potentially major development in the murder case of US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Yesterday, the Hidalgo County Texas Sheriff’s Department arrested a Mexican national, Gustavo Cruz-Lozano, on charges of making terroristic threats against Sheriff Lupe Treviño on July 25th of last year. My sources said that Cruz-Lozano has told the sheriff’s investigators that he was the shooter in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

“Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.”
Obama may want to put a hold on that one, until he comes to grips with what happened the last time a U.S. president tried it.

IRS credit to citizens who allow government to confiscate their firearms.
On January 13, 2013, H.R. 226 was introduced in the House of Representatives by Connecticut Democrat Rep. Rosa DeLauro. The bill will amend the 1986 IRS code and allow a credit if taxpayers “surrender” their guns to the government.
Cited as the “Support Assault Firearms Elimination and Reduction for our Streets Act,” the proposed legislation represents another effort to convince citizens that they must voluntarily turn in their guns as a civic duty and to do their part to reduce “gun violence” and protect children, as Obama said yesterday.

The Journal News’ gun map highlighting the names and addresses of gun permit owners across New York’s Westchester and Rockland Counties is not only calling into question the safety of those homeowners, but it has also sparked concerns regarding its effect on real estate values in such “gun-concentrated” areas. According to Realtors across the country, the knowledge that a neighborhood is populated heavily with gun permit holders may cause house hunters to think twice about buying in that area.

The discussion between Morgan and Jones if you even want to call it that largely consisted of Jones behaving like a loud mouthed monkey as they debated the different sides of the gun control issue. This bizarre incident like other media spectacles that Jones has been involved in seems to be nothing more than another staged event to further the personality cult of Alex “Jim” Jones and to boost Morgan’s pitiful television ratings. Unfortunately, there are many people who still believe that Jones is an honest man promoting freedom and fighting corruption when past history clearly shows us that this is not the case.

This is another story I will guarantee won’t get any play on the national mainstream media because it doesn’t fit their political agenda. This confrontation was caught on camera for the entire world to see one of the benefits of the 2nd Amendment. Thankfully, the ‘perp’ in this story understood self-preservation as well and did nothing to escalate the encounter.

Gloversville, New York mayor Dayton King has come out strongly against new New York gun laws, dramatically predicting that they will lead to a ‘Waco-Style’ standoff between law abiding New Yorkers and ‘the law’ attempting to take away guns from them.
“Most people are law-abiding citizens and may go ahead and sell those or turn those over, but you’re going to have a fraction of people that are going to take a stand, and I can just predict a Waco-style standoff in some rural area and it’s not going to end well,” said Mayor King.
