March 18, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Walmart has teamed up with providers of a digital immunity passport so that customers who receive the COVID-19 vaccine at thousands of the retail giant’s locations across America will be able to prove they’ve been vaccinated when such proof is required for them to travel, return to work or school, and attend sports events and other entertainment venues.

The company announced yesterday that customers vaccinated at Walmart and Sam’s Club will be able to access their vaccination records through the Health Pass by CLEAR app and TCP’s CommonHealth and CommonPass apps. Retail giant Amazon is reportedly requiring its delivery drivers to sign a “biometric consent” form, which gives the company the ability to collect facial data, and if they refuse, they could lose their jobs.

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Police on Tuesday identified a 21-year-old man as the suspect who opened fire inside a crowded Colorado supermarket, and court documents showed that he purchased an assault weapon less than a week before the attack that killed 10 people, including a police officer.

Supermarket employees told investigators that Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa shot an elderly man multiple times Monday outside the Boulder grocery store before going inside, according to the documents. After months of earthquakes, a long-dormant volcano in the southwest of Iceland erupted on Friday night, leading to dramatic videos and splendid red skies near the country’s capital city.

According to the Icelandic Meteorological Office, the eruption near Mount Fagradalsfjall, about 20 miles southwest of Reykjavik, took place at 8:45 pm. Though considered small, the eruption created a fissure about 1,640 feet long, and spewed more than 10 million square feet of lava, sometimes in fountains reaching heights of more than 300 feet. LUBBOCK COUNTY, Texas (KCBD) – An Arizona man has been arrested after he cut off and held at gunpoint a caravan of National Guardsmen transporting COVID-19 vaccines to Matador, Texas around 7 a.m. this morning, according to Idalou Police.

Larry Harris, of Willcox, Arizona, is accused of following three National Guardsmen vans from Love’s Travel Station on East Regis Street in Lubbock to about two miles east of Idalou. Police say Harris attempted multiple times to run the vans off of the roadway. He then turned his vehicle into oncoming traffic on Hwy. 62/82 and stopped the vans. He then pointed a gun at an unarmed National Guardsman, identified himself as a detective, and demanded to search the vehicles and ordered the rest of the unarmed guardsmen out of their vehicles at gunpoint. Alissa was born in Syria and spent most of his life in Colorado, he wrote on Facebook. Last week, the National Rifle Association publicly celebrated its success in striking down an assault weapons ban in Boulder, Colo. Five days later, Boulder was the scene of a mass shooting, reportedly with the same kind of weapon that the city tried to ban.

On Monday, the nation’s attention was focused on the Rocky Mountain college town after a gunman reportedly killed at least ten people, including a police officer, at a local supermarket.
