According to a recently published report, the report states People are as likely to spend as much time online discussing bogus rumours and conspiracy theories as genuine news, as social media is awash with misinformation, scientists claim.

Protesters clashed with police in Madrid as thousands of people trekked across Spain to protest austerity which they claim is destroying their country. Under the banner “no more cuts!” the protesters called for an end to the government’s “empty promises.”

On June 27th, 2013 a team of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies executed a drug raid at the home of Eugene Mallory, killing him while he lay in his bed and yelling “drop the gun” immediately after they shot him.
