Sonoma County sheriff’s deputies shot and killed a 13-year-old boy Tuesday afternoon during an encounter in a southwest Santa Rosa neighborhood.
The boy’s father, Rodrigo Lopez, identified the teen as Andy Lopez and said he had been carrying a toy gun that belonged to a friend.

I don’t watch a lot of television. In fact, I don’t ever watch it. If it doesn’t come on Netflix or an online video I usually skip it. I have known Nelson since I was like 12 yrs old (45 now Ugh). He is a long time friend that knew me before I became umm, “Me”.

(Activist Post) – Apparently the TSA’s response to humiliating gropedowns and civil liberties violations of every stripe is to streamline their process at the airport by conducting a full background check prior to travel. This is the Orwellian thought process in full view: violate your Constitutional rights to free you up for movement to a place of your choosing.
Citing a desire to give 25% of travelers a “lighter screening” the TSA will be accessing public databases as well as government intelligence databases prior to you entering an airport. This will include prior travel history, car registration, and even employment information according to a report by The New York Times. Despite President Obama’s assurance that the troubled HealthCare.gov website is currently undergoing fixes, Consumer Reports is suggesting people “stay away” from the federal online marketplace for another month.

Lax TSA procedures may have led to the theft of thousands of rounds of ammunition. Media reports say an 18 year old and two minors were allegedly responsible for taking 70 boxes of ammunition that was meant for federal law enforcement agencies.
Hanover, Md- Police for the city reported recovering thousands of rounds of ammunition stolen from U.S. Air Marshals when they came upon a parked truck in the early morning hours around 1 am. Three teens were detained in connection with the crime; 18 year old Brandon Shreve, and his two minor accomplices whose names have not been released. The young men were found with approximately 70 boxes of ammunition meant for law enforcement use, and normally stored at the Baltimore-Washington International Marshall airport.
