Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, has given a green light to sell the country’s newest S-400 air defense guided missile system to China, which Russian media claim will give Beijing an edge in the airspace of the Taiwan Strait and over islands in the East China Sea at the center of a dispute with Japan, reports the military news website of Huanqiu.com, the Chinese-language website of China’s Global Times.   Continue reading “Putin gives green light to sale of S-400 missile system to China”

The chaparral herb in the Bundy videos is growing in abundance on their ranch.  It is also known as greasewood.  It is one of the best antioxidants in the world along with being a natural antibiotic, antifungal etc.  It is used for common colds, tumors/cancer, gall bladder stones, kidney stones and a huge number of other ailments.   It is very a powerful detoxifier and must be used starting with small amounts like a cup of tea a day.  Increase it as tolerated.

It can be cleaned by soaking in the sink for 20 min in plain water with a squeeze of lemon juice and  ½ tsp. of Celtic sea salt.  A large amount of chaparral can be cleaned in this way. Rinse with plain water and dry on a towel.   Place  a small piece about two inches in a cup and fill with boiling water and cover for 10 min and drink.   Continue reading “Good Health to all the Militia”

Each quarter, when we perform our regular update on trends in US homeownership and rents using Census Bureau data, we say that “The American Homeownership Dream is officially dead. Long live the New Normal American Dream: Renting.” One thing we added in 2013 is that the American Dream has now officially became a full-blown nightmare after mortgage rates exploded, even if declining modestly afterward, and in the process pummeling the affordability of housing as well as grounding any new mortgage-funded transactions to a complete halt (don’t believe us – just ask the tens of thousands of mortgage brokers let go by the TBTF banks in the past 6 months) while sending mortgage origination activity to record lows.Which is why it was not at all surprising to find that the just updated Q1 homeownership rate was 64.8% – the lowest in 19 years!   Continue reading “Rents Soar To Record High As Homeownership Rate Plunges To 19 Year Low”

The US government is attempting every possible angle to ensure Americans don’t have access to guns.  The latest is a new twist on capital controls being instituted by the Department of (In)Justice.

The DoJ is why financial institutions are refusing services to companies as diverse as gun shops, bitcoin businesses, marijuana dispensaries and even the porn industry.

New Mexico is a strange place full of extreme contrasts.  It is full of awesomely beautiful country intermixed with sprawling rangelands and hard rocky desert.  The land in some places is so broken that it looks like an angry giant had picked it up, and then in fury had dashed it hard into the ground.  The cataclysmic impact rendered the land into torturous deep chasms, spires, weird-looking hooligans, narrow cuts, featuring towering mesas back dropped by deep blue skies and snow-capped mountains.

The people who live in this land denoted by extremes of topography that sees daytime temperatures soaring to over 110F in the daytime and then plunging down into a bone-chilling freeze at night are an ornery lot.  They are very tough and self-reliant, soft-spoken and polite.   Continue reading “A New Mexican Rancher’s View on Bundy”

There is presently a massive conspiracy designed to separate you from your children and give the government complete control over your children. To put it simply, Human, Health and Services (HHS)  and their state level emissary, Children Protective Services (CPS) are engaged in a conspiracy which will culminate in (1) the Agenda 21 designed breakdown of the family; (2) the eradication of any semblance of parental authority over children; and, (3) unbridled and unfettered access to seizing children from the home in unlimited quantities for whatever nefarious purposes which might dictate the volume of child seizures.   Continue reading “The Obama Youth Movement & the Seizing of American Children”

The vote came ahead of the state’s July deadline and could end months of heated debate.   Continue reading “Indiana Approves Common Core Replacement Standards”
