Critical Items for Survival ShelterUS Crow

After reviewing 123survivalplan, a video that is supposed to provide the public with 37 critical food items that are considered ‘must have’ for any prepper, doomsday and survivalist plan. However, it turned out to be a 10 minute long commercial to influence you to pay for it. Yes, we love capitalism but it doesn’t bode well for our sense of patriotism to charge Americans for information about survival. So, in response we will provide our own list.   Continue reading “Critical Items for Survival Shelters”

Thanks to greater awareness surrounding the dangers of food that’s processed and doused with pesticides, consumer attitudes have blossomed from an interest to a demand when it comes to knowing what’s in our food and understanding what’s healthy.

However, consumers aren’t the only ones who’ve changed their attitude toward “conventional” food. Large food manufacturers have also transformed their tactics in regard to producing and labeling food products (mostly labeling), but instead theirs is driven by money rather than concern for consumer health.

The verdict in the biggest Occupy related criminal case in New York City, that of Cecily McMillan, came down Monday afternoon. As disturbing as it is that she was found guilty of felony assault against Officer Grantley Bovell, the circumstances of her trial reflect an even more disturbing reality – that of normalized police violence, disproportionately punitive sentences (McMillan faces seven years in prison), and a criminal penal system based on anything but justice. While this is nothing new for the over-policed communities of New York City, what happened to McMillan reveals just how powerful and unrestrained a massive police force can be in fighting back against the very people with whom it is charged to protect.   Continue reading “Cecily McMillan’s guilty verdict reveals our mass acceptance of police violence”

I am becoming more and more convinced that protesting without any liberty teeth bearing arms to back up what the message is useless at this point. Every time there was unarmed peaceful demonstrations protesting unjust government policy. The system sends in agent provocateurs throwing rocks at the police so the thugs in uniform can beat up and abuse defenseless people at will to demonize the opposition.

The method of unarmed non violent marches are coming to the end unless there is firepower and the willingness to use force in self defense against a rogue government be the deterant to keep the peace. Remember at Waco and Rudy Ridge and all the protest at the WTO in Seattle,WA and the G20 in Pittsburgh,PA . The government will not hesitate to use deadly force against its own people, especially when unarmed. Mothers pushing strollers and old ladies returning from the store shopping were indiscriminately abused by the police who had nothing to do with the protesting.    Continue reading “12 Reasons and Suggestions Why We Should Stay Home and Not Attend the DC March May 16, 2014”
