Gaza’s emergency chief Ashraf al-Qedra said at least 10 civilians were wounded as a result of the Tel Aviv regime’s offensive, one of them being in critical condition. Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul blasted the White House’s response to a kidnapping and killing of three Israeli teenagers in a strongly worded column designed to highlight his pro-Israel credentials.

Paul, a potential GOP presidential contender who is often leery of interventionist foreign policy, has been highly critical of the more hawkish wing of the GOP, most recently in the debate over what to do in Iraq. At least four illegal immigrants who were on buses to Murrieta, California, have been hospitalized with such illnesses as scabies.

After protesters stopped the buses full of illegal immigrants from Central America on Tuesday, the federal government eventually sent the buses to Chula Vista, California, where they were screened and hospitalized.

San Diego is expected to have one airplane full of illegal immigrants arrive every three days.

According to The Press-Enterprise, San Diego Sector Chief Paul Beeson told a town hall inMurrieta on Wednesday evening that “one airplane is scheduled to arrive in San Diego from Texas every 72 hours.”

The battle for favoritism among the ‘apparent’ leaders in Iraq continues. Russia just delivered the second batch of Sukhoi fighter jets (which will be flown by Iraqi pilots and “are ready to provide air support to the armed forces”), and the US unloaded 4,000 additional Hellfire missiles to support Iraq’s fight against the Islamist insurgents. Chicago Police discovered what media outlets have described as a “sniper nest” within shooting distance of a college campus.

WFLD-TV reported officials found “a high-powered semi-automatic rifle” about a block from the campus of Kennedy King college last Thursday. Officers say the nest was then found on top of a garage across from a soccer field near the Kennedy King College.
