de1911Guns Save Lives – by Dan Cannon

Few terms in the gun world capture the imagination of gun owners as much as “Desert Eagle” and “1911″.

Of course, the Desert Eagle has become synonymous with big bore semi-auto handguns, namely the Desert Eagle .50AE hand cannon.

Likewise, there are few gun designs more timeless and more owned than the venerable 1911 pistol.   Continue reading “Desert Eagle 1911 – Yes, Apparently That’s a Real Thing Now”

Increasingly, post-9/11, under the rubric of “privatization,” though it should more accurately have been called “corporatization,” the Pentagon took a series of crony companies off to war with it.  In the process, it gave “capitalist war” a more literal meaning, thanks to its wholesale financial support of, and the shrugging off of previously military tasks onto, a series of warrior corporations. Gideon, the pseudonymous public defender who blogs at A Public Defender, has a thorough rundown of a very disturbing ruling recently issued by the Connecticut Supreme Court. It involves every Connecticut citizens’ civil liberties, which have now been thrown under a bus bearing the name “officer safety.”

The court’s decision basically makes everyone a suspect, even if they’re suspected of nothing else than being in the relative proximity of someone a police officer suspects of committing a crime, or someone simply “matching the description.” How does this work in practice? Gideon posits a single scenario, as interpreted by the person being (wrongly) detained and those doing the actual detaining.   Continue reading “Connecticut Supreme Court Says State Cops Can Detain You Simply For Being In The Vicinity Of Someone They’re Arresting”

The regime has already made indications that they’ll endorse this creature. This whack job has the mentality to be easily manipulated, hence, another puppet, a puppet that the “boy” believes, he and Jarret, can pull the strings on. Also, we know that their endorsement of Clinton will not be forth coming, so this is not a far fetched conclusion.

There is evidence that the “whack-job” can get votes, for it’s hugely popular with socialists. Quite frankly though, I don’t foresee us making it to the elections of 2016, as things continue to spiral out of control. These are sad days for our Republic, but the silver lining in the whole picture is …RESTORATION is just an event away.   Continue reading “Will Elizabeth Warren be the Next Know Nothing Inexperienced President?”

Ebola Vaccine - Public DomainThe End of the American Dream – by Michael Snyder

As the Ebola death toll rises and as images of bodies being abandoned in the streets of Liberia are broadcast around the globe, there has been a growing outcry for the scientific community to “do something” about this deadly virus.  And as luck would have it, there is an “experimental Ebola vaccine” that is ready to be tested on humans next month.  If Ebola starts to spread outside of Africa, and especially if it starts spreading inside the United States, people will be absolutely clamoring to get this vaccine.  But will it be safe?  And there will certainly be millions of people that do not want to take this vaccine under any circumstances.  If the outbreak gets bad enough, will it be made mandatory at some point?  If they do make it mandatory for all Americans to take an Ebola vaccine, what will you do?   Continue reading “What Will You Do If They Make It Mandatory For All Americans To Take An Ebola Vaccine?”

“If you want to call me an activist attorney general, I will proudly accept that label,” he told left-wing journalist Juan Williams.   Continue reading “The Arrogance of Eric Holder”

Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer said that he would legalize 11 million illegal immigrants currently in the United States in exchange for enhanced border security.

On Monday’s “Special Report” on the Fox News Channel, Krauthammer argued, “I think if you’re going to do the step of legalizing these 11 million, which I would do, that has to come after you have secured the border, there are a lot of ways to do it. I think there’s a simple way to do it, to start to do it with a fence.
