President Barack Obama committed U.S. military forces to border security Wednesday, calling it his “No. 1 focus.”

Unfortunately, he wasn’t talking about the U.S. border with Mexico, but the border between Iraq and Syria.

Obama said renewed efforts to strengthen the border were necessary to prevent dangerous militants from crossing between the countries at will, according to Real Clear Politics.   Continue reading “Obama commits U.S. military to border security efforts … but not in America”

The credit card industry got a huge boost from President Obama last month when he signed an executive order requiring a switch to chip-and-pin technology for government vendors and agencies.

It dictates the Department of the Treasury “take necessary steps” to guarantee payment terminals authorized by the agency have “enhanced security features” by January 2015. It would require a complete upgrade of all credit card machines approved by the Department of Treasury, a cost borne by government agencies instead of credit card firms.   Continue reading “Obama issues credit card industry bailout by executive order”

President Obama and his administration have been lying to the American public about the existential threat posed to the country by the illegal border invasion crisis.

They have lied about how many people are coming across the border, where they are coming from, how many are sick, how many have criminal records, and how many have been deported.

They have even threatened journalists who tried to report the truth on some of those things.   Continue reading “Obama Censored This Massive Border Info to Try to Rig Midterm Elections”

“There is still a mission in Afghanistan,” said Maj. Gen. Mike Murray. “The mission is not to get equipment and people out of theater. That has to happen to meet the presidential guidance. It’s maintaining the right mindset for my staff, in balancing the requirements of the [Train, Advise and Assist Commands] and the advisers and the Security Force Assistance Brigades.”   Continue reading “3rd ID commander readies his troops for Afghanistan”

Some 1,500 more U.S. troops are heading to Iraq but not into direct combat with Islamic State militants, President Barack Obama, who spoke about Iraq, Iran, immigration and the Democratic losses in Congress, said Sunday on CBS “Face the Nation.” The additional troops double the current U.S. presence in Iraq to slightly more than 3,000 soldiers.

“Phase 1 was getting an Iraqi government that is inclusive and credible,” Obama said. “We now have done that. So now what we’ve done, rather than just halt ISIL’s [the Islamic State also referred to as ISIS] momentum, we’re now in a position to go on some offense. Airstrikes have been very effective in degrading ISIL’s capabilities and halting ISIL’s advance. Now what we need is ground troops, Iraqi ground troops to push them back. … Our troops are not engaged in combat.”   Continue reading “President Obama On ‘Face The Nation’: 1,500 Additional U.S. Troops In Iraq Will Not Be In Combat”

If tyranny and oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.   Continue reading “The War Party Defeats the War Party!”
