The mysterious phenomena are surprising fishermen… El Niño isn’t driving this year’s warm-water spike… Nor is climate change… All year [NOAA] scientists… have been forecasting an El Niño… But now the water is only slightly warmer than normal at the equator, leading scientists to declare a mild El Niño is on the way… The ocean changes also have affected birds. As ocean upwelling stalled in the summer, less krill and other food rose from the depths. Essential oils have been used for healing and medicinal purposes for centuries and most certainly long before we had pills, capsules and big pharma to take care of our medical woes. And while there is a place for manufactured pharmaceuticals in our survival medicine kit, there exists the possibility that none will be available or that they will be in such scarce supply that they should be reserved for only the most dire of circumstances.

For that reason, many preppers and individuals seeking self-reliance are learning to use essential oils to manage the both routine and not-so-routine maladies that occur in daily life. There are about a dozen or so essential oils that belong in every survival kit including tea tree, peppermint, lavender, clove, rosemary and lemon among others. Western Europe, the cradle of the Judeo-Christian civilization, is now post-Christian. This lamentable state of affairs is signified by the decline of church attendance to single digits among the native population, as well as the loss of faith in the values and beliefs of Western civilization. All of which only renders West Europeans defenseless in the face of the surge of Muslim immigrants and their militant assertion of Shariah law. There is a good reason that Kellogg’s spent over $1,012,552 on media propaganda in California & Washington to defeat voter ballot initiatives that would have required the labeling of GMO foods, and now are contributing again to the defeat of labeling initiatives in Oregon (contributing $250,000).

A consumer recently sent a box of Froot Loops to a lab for genetic testing and found that the corn and soy used in the cereal are 100% RoundUp Ready GMO. So is the sugar. Never mind the other toxic ingredients in the cereal. Acidity is not very forgiving when it comes to pain and discomfort. If you suffer from it often, you’re likely not consuming foods that work with your body. While you figure out which foods are causing the problem, her are some simple natural remedies that will help you ease the pain.  

1) FENNEL
Fennel seeds contain a compound called anethole, which is used to help suppress spasms of the stomach and the gastrointestinal tract. Take 1/2 tsp. of fennel seeds and chew them slowly after a meal to relieve acid reflux. An intense swarm of earthquakes is shaking sparsely populated region of northwest Nevada, USA since July 12, 2014. Authorities report the swarm has become much more active in the past few days.

On Wednesday evening, 49-year-old Russian actor Alexei Devotchenko was discovered dead in a pool of his own blood in Moscow. In recent years he had been a prominent and public critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. (AP) — Air Force officials say they believe an F-16 fighter jet has crashed in the Gulf of Mexico.

Forty-four people have been arrested in Pakistan after an angry mob beat a Christian couple and burned their bodies in a brick-making stove for alleged blasphemy. Some reports suggest the victims were still alive when thrown into the kiln.
