SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A man suspected of killing two deputies during a shooting rampage in Northern California was deported twice to Mexico and had a drug conviction, federal authorities said Saturday.

The suspected shooter told Sacramento County Sheriff’s investigators that he was 34-year-old Marcelo Marquez of Salt Lake City. An atheist group is planning to distribute a pamphlet in several Florida public high schools that depicts an illustration of a cartoon Bible sexually assaulting a young woman.

A senior Deutsche Bank regulatory lawyer has been found dead in New York after committing suicide, New York City officials said on Saturday.

Calogero Gambino, 41, was found on the morning of Oct. 20 at his home in the New York borough of Brooklyn and pronounced dead on the scene, according to New York City police.

‘Multiple people’ have been injured after a massive industrial explosion in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. The explosion occurred at Veolia ES Canada Industrial Services that offers industrial cleaning and maintenance services.

Five people have been injured in the explosion that caused a fire at the industrial site in Sarnia, Mayor Mike Bradley announced according to CTV News.
