1) Iceland has 130 volcanic mountains of which 89 have erupted since 900 A.D.
2) Katla volcano last erupted 96 years ago in 1918. It normally erupts every 13 to 95 years. Katla’s last major eruption was in 1918. It threw so much water from the glacier above it into the atmosphere that it flooded the trenches in Europe making the war difficult to wage for almost a week. Lois Lerner’s Blackberry was intentionally destroyed after Congress had begun its probe into IRS targeting of conservative groups, a senior IRS lawyer acknowledged in a sworn declaration.

Philadelphia is using an obscure law to take property away from innocent citizens. Through civil forfeiture, Philadelphia has been able to sieze propoerty if that property is even tenuously connected to law-breaking.
In one case, the Sourovelise family had a teenage son who sold about $40 worth of drugs outside their house. He was caught and ordered to mandatory rehab. A little while later, the police showed up and evicted the Sourovelises from their house. The police claimed that, under civil forfeiture law, the house was now the property of the city. Obamacare is much more than just a new way to be forced to purchase health insurance, it is also a lifestyle modification device. Bill Gates and his wife Melinda have donated a total of $1 million to a campaign attempting to get Initiative 594 passed in Washington State.
Initiative 594 is a “universal background check” initiative that would require background checks on private gun sales. Currently in Washington State, as in most states in the country, no background check is required when a gun transaction occurs between two individuals. Gun rights have been crushing federal court cases recently. Just last week a federal judge ordered the Department of Justice to turn over all documents related to the ATF’s Fast & Furious operation, and just yesterday a federal judge ruled that aspects of California’s 10 day waiting period were unconstitutional.
Today, we have yet another victory in Louisiana where a federal judge has ruled that a local Baton Rouge law banning firearms on the property of businesses that serve alcohol, even in the parking lot, is a violation of the Second Amendment.

FORT LEE, Va. (AP) — An enraged soldier barricaded herself in a building at a Virginia Army base, threw objects around the office and then fatally shot herself in the head Monday as law enforcement officials tried to negotiate with her, authorities said.
The soldier, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead after being taken to Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, according to a news release issued by Fort Lee, where the Monday morning shooting took place. DONNA, Texas — Authorities are looking into the kidnappers of a woman, who managed to get away from her captors, north of the Texas border.
Shortly after 2:15 p.m. individuals driving along Farm-to-Market Road 493 spotted a woman waiving for help, said Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Spokesman JP Rodriguez.

HOUSTON, Texas — A 46-year-old man from El Salvador was recently caught smuggling seven ounces of cocaine hidden in tamales. Authorities intercepted the attempted smuggling at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
A statement obtained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), obtained by Breitbart Texas, claimed that the suspect was attempting to traveling to New York at the time of the bust. Officers selected him for additional screening and found the drug-stuff tamales during an examination of the man’s luggage. President Obama’s reported plan to provide administrative amnesty to 5 million illegal immigrants presents “a security nightmare,” according to Senator Jeff Sessions (R., Ala.), who fears the policy could make it easier for terrorist to carry out an attack on the United States.
