Compulsory Adult Vaccines in California…Just the beginning!
Gov. Jerry Brown has signed SB 792 a bill to further strengthen California’s mandatory vaccine laws by requiring that adults who work or volunteer at day care centers be vaccinated. A violation of the act is a crime.
The Democratic governor announced Sunday that he approved a bill requiring day care centers and day care homes to maintain immunization records proving their workers and volunteers have been vaccinated for the flu, pertussis and the measles. During an October 16 town hall meeting at Keene State College, Democrat presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton said Australia’s confiscation of firearms via a national buyback provides “a good example” for how other countries responded to mass shootings and she said it is “worth looking at” when considering gun policy in the U.S.
Clinton made these statements in response to a questioner who asked if we could ban handgun ownership in the U.S. Continue reading “Hillary Clinton: Australia Gun Ban ‘Worth Looking At’ In U.S.”

San Francisco (AFP) – Dozens of major websites including Netflix, Uber and the BBC went down simultaneously in some areas of the United States, but were soon up again in most cases.
The cause of the crashes remained unclear, but some appeared connected to trouble at a cloud service relied on by companies, although that did not stop the social media rumor and conspiracy mill from going into overdrive. Continue reading “Dozens of major websites crash all at once”

A (hopefully) gentle chiding for Patrick Wood over at Technocracy.com for suggesting that the Strong Cities Network (SCN) coming to a city near you soon is in no way connected to the United Nations:
“First, it should be noted that Strong Cities Network is NOT a government body at all, but rather a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with no connection to any government, or even the United Nations! (Technocracy.com Oct. 12, 2015) Continue reading “Forget the NGOs, the UN is coming!”

After changing its story many times, the US now admits that it intentionally threw bombs, for more than an hour, at the now famous Doctors Without Borders hospital, proving accurate the assessment of DWB staffer Meinie Nicolai, who said the US attack was “a premeditated massacre.”
Since initial US claims that the protected DWB hospital was a “Taliban stronghold” and so forth have been debunked as stupid, the US now claims it targeted the hospital because one man, a “Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence spy”, was inside. Management of public lands has made headlines since the attempted gather of Cliven Bundy’s cattle a year and a half ago. For more than 20 years, his cows have been grazing illegally on more than 300,000 acres of public land owned by all Americans. That land includes Gold Butte, a beautiful area of the desert between Lake Mead and Mesquite.
Bundy, who has a 160-acre ranch near the area, has said, “I don’t recognize the United States government as even existing.” He now owes more to the government than all other ranchers in America combined. Continue reading “Federal lands should stay in federal hands”

Could it be that premier scientific journals are finally conveying the truth about GMOs? In a relatively recent exploration of ‘ubiquitous’ GMOs that have taken over our food supply, the New England Journal of Medicine tackles 2 new concerns over genetically modified organisms and the pesticides used to grow them.
As the journal points out, the omnipresence of GMOs are taken for granted by most physicians. They aren’t high on their list of health concerns, and barely receive a mention when patients come for a visit. This might start to change though, due to 2 fresh developments concerning GM crops. (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it has obtained records from the U.S. Department of the Air Force revealing that Barack Obama’s February and March 2015 travel for golf vacations and fundraisers totaled $4,436,245.50 in taxpayer-funded transportation expenses. The documents regarding the Obama travel expenses came in response to two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests filed by Judicial Watch.
To date, the Secret Service has not provided requested information, as required by FOIA, regarding security costs. Continue reading “Judicial Watch Obtains Records Revealing Obama’s February, March 2015 Golf Vacations and Fundraisers Cost Taxpayers $4,436,245.50 in Travel Expenses Alone”
A bizarre experiment claims to be able to make Christians no longer believe in God and make Britons open their arms to migrants in experiments some may find a threat to their values.
Scientists looked at how the brain resolves abstract ideological problems.
Using a technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), researchers safely shut down certain groups of neurones in the brains of volunteers. Continue reading “Scientists claim they can change your belief on immigrants and God – with MAGNETS”
Turkey says its warplanes have shot down an unidentified aircraft which intruded into its airspace near the border with Syria.
Media reports quote officials as saying the aircraft was a type of drone.
The Syrian government is known to be operating drones, as are Russia and the US-led coalition against Islamic State. Continue reading “Syria crisis: Turkey downs ‘drone’ on Syria border”
Ever since Microsoft launched Windows 10, the company has come under fire for its aggressive update policies. In the weeks following launch, Windows 7 users were greeted with a giant “Reserve your upgrade today!” banner, every time they launched IE11 (if set to the default home page). At least one of our own writers had a system surprise-install the operating system, despite not being told to do so. And now, in an apparent repeat of what we thought was an odd corner case, Microsoft made an error in Windows Update that’s forcing people to upgrade to Windows 10, whether they wish to do so or not.
