The official underreporting of the unemployment statistics is a well-known fact. The cavalier dismissal of the systemic dismantling of the market economy by the Obama administration is undeniable. Notwithstanding, the lack of living wage jobs is not simply a partisan issue. Ever since the adoption of the globalist free trade betrayal, the national suicide of the free enterprise economy has continued. Transiting skilled employees into government dependents is an overt component of the “New Age” of reduced wealth and servitude for the ordinary American.
Consider the logic of the consequences of off shoring our manufacturing base. Once the jobs are gone, the prospects for good paying substitution jobs become rare. Without the ability to sell value added products generated from meaningful margins, affording generous pay scales of a prosperous middle class is impossible. Naval Exercise Malabar kicked off 12 hours ago (US, India, Japan), amidst much speculation that all these “exercises” involving the world’s major navies are a steaming crock of coverup for what is the closest thing to a war in the Pacific that we’ve seen since WWII.
I don’t believe in coincidences. “Worst mass shooting ever” just before major naval adversaries flood into the South China Seas? Continue reading “Orlando: Distraction from WWIII with China and Russia? Sh*t hitting the fan in the Pacific.”
(RT) The mass murder of 49 people in Orlando again shows that the United States must consider heightened gun-control measures to protect its most vulnerable citizens, the United Nations human rights commissioner has said.
Zeid Ra’ad Zeid Al Hussein, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, implored American leaders to finally address easy access to firearms and the resulting high volume of gun violence that is now pervasive in the US. SAN FRANCISCO — Twenty-seven years ago, Tim Berners-Lee created the World Wide Web as a way for scientists to easily find information. It has since become the world’s most powerful medium for knowledge, communications and commerce — but that doesn’t mean Mr. Berners-Lee is happy with all of the consequences.
“It controls what people see, creates mechanisms for how people interact,” he said of the modern day web. “It’s been great, but spying, blocking sites, repurposing people’s content, taking you to the wrong websites — that completely undermines the spirit of helping people create.” Continue reading “The Web’s Creator Looks to Reinvent It”

In ten years, Americans’ confidence in television and print news crashed to an all-time low, according to the latest Gallup poll.
After mainstream media coverage of the massacre in Orlando on Sunday largely failed to dig further after multiple witnesses came forward suggesting more than one attacker was involved, that lack of trust seems logical. In the wake of tragic mass shootings or terrorist attacks like the one perpetrated Sunday morning in Orlando, Hollywood celebrities are often the first to call for gun control measures.
On Sunday afternoon – before most of the facts were known about the Orlando massacre, in which 49 people were killed and another 53 injured by a Muslim gunman who reportedly pledged allegiance to the Islamic State — actresses including Julianne Moore and Olivia Wilde were already on social media to demand stricter gun laws, even if those laws would have made no difference in the terrorist’s ability to acquire a gun. News just leaked out about Democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton that she doesn’t want you to know. We’re now learning about her close connection to the Islamic terrorist in Orlando Florida, Omar Mateen. While serving in the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton worked closely with the President to defend Islamists from critics, and it just back fired.
Recently retired Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agent Philip Haney reports that the mosque Mateen attended several times every week is the same mosque protected by Hillary’s State Department after the Islamic terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California by Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik. Three hours is UNACCEPTABLE.

This picture was taken on an end-cap at a larger St. Louis based grocery store. I have 2 small boys and glance at it when there to see if there is anything that I think that they might like.
Today these were on display…I have never seen them there before.
They even say “Civilian Transporter” on the sides of the bed, and tailgate. Continue reading “Nothing like conditioning the kids….”

Lyle Denniston, the National Constitution Center’s constitutional literacy adviser, looks at the latest legal developments related to assault weapons bans, including one case to be considered by the Supreme Court at its private Conference on Thursday.
“Authorities have said the weapon used in the deadly shooting at an Orlando, Florida, nightclub was an AR-15. Dozens of companies in the U.S. produce versions of the AR, which is the most popular weapon of its kind in the United States. There are as many as 9 million AR-style weapons in the U.S. Prices run from $550 up, and the going price is usually less than $1,000 for a new gun.” Continue reading “Is there a constitutional right to have a rapidly firing assault gun?”

CHEROKEE, Iowa | Two lawsuits aimed at stopping an oil pipeline company from exercising eminent domain to obtain private land along the pipeline route were dismissed Monday, the same day hearings to determine the value of the land being sought began.
District Judge Nancy Whittenburg ruled that the landowners who filed the lawsuits do not have the right to challenge Dakota Access’ exercise of eminent domain and instead must seek a legal challenge to the Iowa Utility Board’s final order to grant the company a permit to build the pipeline.

A federal appellate court overturned a $1.8 million ruling in favor of former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura in his defamation lawsuit against the estate of Chris Kyle, the author of “American Sniper.”
The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals set aside a jury’s $500,000 award to Ventura for defamation and ordered a new trial. They also threw out a jury’s award of an additional $1.35 million to Ventura for unjust enrichment, concluding that it “enjoys no legal support under Minnesota law.” Continue reading “Appeals Court Overturns $1.8 Million Verdict for Jesse Ventura in ‘American Sniper’ Case”
