The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.

The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.   Continue reading “FBI, DOJ roiled by Comey, Lynch decision to let Clinton slide by on emails, says insider”

Once was a shock. Twice was an outrage. Thrice is a nightmare that won’t end.

Over the past three years, my family’s private, individual health insurance plan — a high-deductible Preferred Provider Organization — has been canceled three times. Our first death notice, from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, arrived in the fall of 2013. Our second, from Rocky Mountain Health Plans, came last August. Three weeks ago, we received another ominous “notice of plan discontinuation” from Anthem informing us that the insurer “will no longer offer your current health plan in the State of Colorado.”   Continue reading “Obama Lied. My Third Health Plan Just Died.”

Two weeks ago when the US broke off bilateral relations with Russia over the ongoing Syrian proxy war, we reported that as part of America’s “next steps” would be a discussion on military options. As Reuters reported then, the “discussions were being held at “staff level,” and have yet to produce any recommendations to President Barack Obama, who has resisted ordering military action against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the country’s multi-sided civil war. “The president has asked all of the agencies to put forward options, some familiar, some new, that we are very actively reviewing,” Blinken said. “When we are able to work through these in the days ahead we’ll have an opportunity to come back and talk about them in detail.”   Continue reading “Obama To Decide Friday On Military Action In Syria”

A new theory is circling social media that the Clinton camp had advance knowledge that Justice Antonin Scalia would be murdered based on another Podesta email buried in the thousands released by Wikileaks in recent days.

The email exchange is between Hillary’s campaign chairman and DC lobbyist Steve Elmendorf, whose clients range from Facebook to Goldman Sachs and who is a former chief of staff and senior advisor to Democratic leader Dick Gephardt for over a decade.   Continue reading “New Conspiracy Theory: Does This Email Prove The Clinton Camp Knew Justice Scalia Would Be Murdered?”

The UN’s Rio+20 Conference in Brazil 2012 was the followup to the first Earth Summit in Rio in 1992, which produced Agenda 21. Clinton’s speech is important because it shows total complicity with the UN’s Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. Some text of her full speech are marked in bold. TN Editor

A SWAT team with 32 officers, an armored vehicle and a sniper raided a man’s home because he had a license to carry a gun and a registered weapon — and because a former roommate had a little bit of marijuana.

During the search – which was criticized by a judge this month — deputies smashed Michael Delgado’s door and windows, and tossed flash-bang grenades into his house.   Continue reading “32-Member SWAT Team Raids Home Because Man Had Registered Gun”

American arms dealer Marc Turi, in his first television interview since criminal charges against him were dropped, told Fox News that the Obama administration — with the cooperation of Hillary Clinton’s State Department — tried and failed to make him the scapegoat for a 2011 covert weapons program to arm Libyan rebels that spun out of control.

“I would say, 100 percent, I was victimized…to somehow discredit me, to throw me under the bus, to do whatever it took to protect their next presidential candidate,” he told Fox News chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge.   Continue reading “Arms dealer says administration made him scapegoat on Libya operation to ‘protect’ Clinton”

Hillary Clinton has been destroyed with email hacks and document leaks for nearly two months now, and she will be waking up this morning to another one. In an email released Monday regarding Hillary’s Benghazi investigation, there was one specific message that detailed the exact location of Ambassador Chris Stevens. Because this email was sent through the unsecured server, it is highly probable that terrorists intercepted the message.

There were five relevant emails in the cache of Clinton emails that placed Amb. Stevens in harms way:   Continue reading “Hillary Email Found Showing Instructions For Killing Chris Stevens”

Environmentalists are calling New York’s leaking nuclear plant “Chernobyl on the Hudson” and rightly so, as the aging plant has been plagued with welding problems. The plant is leaking a drop of contaminated water every five seconds, shockingly including 600 gallons of petroleum, some of which has even reached the discharge canal, according to Governor Andrew Cuomo, who toured the area by boat on October 1st.   Continue reading “Media cover-up as New York’s nuclear plant leaks into the Hudson River”

Since the conflict in Syria began receiving national news coverage, President Barack Obama has been outspoken in his desire to allow thousands of refugees from the country to be relocated into America — because apparently protecting the rest of the world is the responsibility of the federal government in the United States. Forget the fact that many of these people need shelter because of drone strikes ordered by Obama; it’s now our responsibility to care for the people that he tried to kill. This is classic Regressive Left logic.   Continue reading “Obama staging last-minute invasion of USA with Syrian refugees – 12,000+ to be deposited across America”

Dayton, OH — “I thought I might die,” said Amber Swink of her harrowing experience being pepper-sprayed while in a seven-point restraint chair in the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton, Ohio, on November 15, 2015.

Video footage of the torturous incident shows Swink so tightly restrained in the chair, she is hardly able to move her head; but that didn’t stop Sgt. Judith L. Sealey from entering the isolation cell and unleashing pepper-spray in the 25-year-old’s face — at near point-blank range — for seemingly no reason but sadistic pleasure.   Continue reading “Horrifying Video Shows Cop Torturing Restrained Woman With Mace Until She Falls Unconscious”

Tulsa police officers who gunned down an unarmed man are now attempting to justify this cold-blooded murder by drawing attention to an “acute phencyclidine (PCP) intoxication,” found in the man’s system. Attorneys are saying that this is immaterial to the actions taken by Tulsa officers.

Terence Crutcher died on September 16. The medical examiner found the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the chest. The death was ruled a homicide, and Officer Betty Jo Shelby was charged with first-degree murder.   Continue reading “Attorney Calls PCP In Unarmed Man’s System Immaterial To Police-Involved Murder”

As the US officially enters the Yemen military campaign, the UK appears ready and willing to precipiate a catalytic event from which there is no going back. With relations between Russia and the West at post-Cold War lows and deteriorating fast, Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots have been given the go-ahead to shoot down Russian military jets when flying missions over Syria and Iraq, if they are endangered by them. The development comes with warnings that the UK and Russia are now “one step closer” to being at war, according to the Sunday Times.   Continue reading “Royal Air Force Pilots Ordered To Shoot Down “Hostile” Russian Jets Over Syria”
