ONE OF THE MANY alarming facts that came to light with the release of the executive summary of the Senate Torture Report in 2014 was that the Justice Department’s Bureau of Prisons had sent a “delegation of several officers” to Afghanistan to conduct an assessment an infamous CIA detention site and concluded the CIA “did not mistreat the detainees.”
Senate investigators found that the bureau officers visited a detention site code-named Cobalt north of Kabul in November 2002. Two men from Richmond, Virginia, experienced a bizarre series of events recently when visiting a store to buy some groceries.

Philadelphia, PA — In the last three years, the city of Philadelphia has not charged a single cop in the 116 officer-involved shootings that have taken place. However, all that has now changed after Philadelphia police officer Dorion Young made the decision to shoot his own 19-year-old son in his back because the teen had ‘disrespected him.’
The incident happened on Labor Day of this year as the 25-year veteran of the Philly Police department started an argument with his oldest son, Devine, over “perceived disrespect he felt about the use of the family car,” according to District Attorney Seth Williams. McFarland for deputy national security adviser, who is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and former aide to Henry Kissinger during the Nixon administration. More recently, she has plied her trade as a talking head on Fox News, which regularly pushes the narrative of U.S. military hegemony and keeps Americans in a state of fear over terrorism. The Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein officially handed in a petition Friday asking election officials in the battleground state of Wisconsin to perform a recount of its general election results, the state confirmed. She is trying to stop Trump before the Electoral College votes. Clinton has not joined her because there was not enough claims of voter fraud in those states so the Democrats are keeping their distance letting Stein carry the ball. Two men were killed and 15 other people, including two 15-year-old boys, were wounded in shootings between Saturday afternoon and early Sunday, police said.
In the Homan Square neighborhood, a 30-year-old man was killed and a 31-year-old man was wounded in a shooting just before 2:40 a.m. in the 3400 block of West Harrison Street, police said.
