The teenage illegal immigrants charged with raping a 14-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Maryland public high school last week entered the United States under an Obama program that’s accommodated tens of thousands of Central American youths who crossed the Mexican border. The administration coined them Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and portrayed them as innocent, desperate kids fleeing violence and famine in their homeland. Most are from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala and the influx has overwhelmed border agents, government health agencies and military bases that serve as shelters not to mention public schools nationwide. The GMO labeling bill that Congress passed in 2016 – and which goes into effect in the summer of 2018 – was nicknamed the Denying Americans the Right to Know, or the “DARK Act” by Civil Eats and many other well-known food advocacy groups, along with 90 percent of Americans. After years of fighting, protesting and voting for clear, concise GMO labels, the bill that President Obama signed on 29 July 2016, is a sneaky, toothless and nearly worthless bill that only brings confusion. The way in which Facebook polices content on its network is under scrutiny again after it was revealed that a post in which a user called for white women to be “hunted and killed” was deemed to not be a violation of community standards.

Every judge in a California traffic court case has a personal financial stake in the verdict, and that violates the due process rights of motorists, Howard Herships argued in a case currently before the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
The motorist is suing the California Judicial Council, the state organization led by Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye that is responsible for setting the dollar figures for the traffic tickets that add $1.8 billion annually to the state’s Trial Court Trust Fund. Herships has standing because he received two red light camera tickets for turning right on red. The Vehicle Code sets the fine for that infraction at $35, but after all of the judicially imposed fees, the fine rises to nearly $500 each. Herships was unable to pay the $1000 in fines, an amount that quickly ballooned to $1610 with late fees, so his license was suspended. Is it possible to arrest an unarmed homeless person without destroying the residence he’s hiding in? To the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department and Clovis PD (and far too many other law enforcement agencies), the question remains rhetorical.
David Jessen’s farmhouse felt the full, combined force of two law enforcement agencies and all their toys last June. According to his lawsuit [PDF], a homeless man was rousted from a nearby vacant house after he was discovered sleeping in the closet. He left peacefully but was soon spotted by the construction crew breaking into Jessen’s house. The construction worker, god bless him, called the police because he thought they could help. President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper and his Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director John Brennan oversaw a secret supercomputer system known as “THE HAMMER,” according to former NSA/CIA contractor-turned whistleblower Dennis Montgomery.
Clapper and Brennan were using the supercomputer system to conduct illegal and unconstitutional government data harvesting and wiretapping. THE HAMMER was installed on federal property in Fort Washington, Maryland at a complex which some speculate is a secret CIA and NSA operation operating at a US Naval facility. WEB Notes: This man is a fake Christian. That is not judging, that is a fact. Life begins at conception. We all know the account in the Bible how John in his mother’s womb leaped when Mary and Elizabeth came close together. John could feel the very presence of Christ (Luke 1:41-44). This so called Christian has also said homosexual marriage is the law of the land and that is another lie. You do not support murder and abominable sin and call yourself a Christian and mean it. There are many wolves dressed in the cloths of sheep in these last days.

Gov. Matt Bevin has signed a controversial “Blue Lives Matter” bill into law that makes it a hate crime to target police officers, putting Kentucky at the forefront of a new political trend.
Last year, Louisiana became the first state to extend hate-crime protections to police officers. Since then, a flurry of similar bills have been filed in other states, and Kentucky’s own proposal zoomed through the Republican-dominated legislature this year.
