A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.

The Fifth Amendment states that, “no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”   Continue reading “Migrants traveling to US sue Trump, government; claim violation of constitutional rights”

President Donald Trump issued a dire warning to would-be immigrants making their way toward the U.S., warning that thousands of U.S. troops being sent to the border would return fire if caravan members throw rocks at them.

CNN headliner Anderson Cooper made a dumbfounding claim about the safety of the migrant caravan heading to the U.S.-Mexico border. (TheBlaze)

Cooper was attempting to dispute the comments from President Donald Trump about the possible threat some of the migrants might mean to American citizens if allowed through the border.

“Now, keeping them honest,” Cooper said, “whatever you may think about immigration policy and border enforcement, there simply is no good evidence the caravan is a danger to this country, imminent or otherwise. Continue reading “CNN Makes Most Bizarre Claim Yet About Migrant Caravan”

So much for all that US-China trade truce talk.

Just hours after a presidential tweet expressing optimism about US-China trade talks helped save US stocks from turning red on the first trading day of the month (with an assist from Chinese President Xi Jinping, who later told Chinese media that he would be “willing” to meet with Trump at the G-20 summit later this month), the DOJ has unveiled an indictment filed in California against a Chinese state-owned company and three Taiwanese nationals for allegedly stealing trade secrets from Micron Technologies.   Continue reading “US Accuses Chinese State-Owned Company Of Stealing Micron Trade Secrets”

Piqua, OH — Body camera video was released this week showing the extraordinary privilege granted to police officers when they commit crimes that would get the average citizen beaten, tasered, or even killed. A Piqua police department cop crashed his cruiser, while heavily intoxicated, pulled his gun, refused to obey commands, and was told he could simply “go home.”

On October 27, Officer Justin Augustine drove his police cruiser into a semi-trailer. As the body camera shows, he was clearly drunk out of his mind when he self-reported the crash into the flat-bed trailer hauling a concrete barrier used to separate lanes during road construction.   Continue reading “Cop Crashes His Patrol Vehicle While Drunk and Cries Like a Baby As He Gets Blue Privilege”

The U.S. tied its all-time record for new immigration — both legal and illegal — in 2016, with 1.75 million arrivals, according to a new study Wednesday.
