Acting United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Ken Cuccinelli says there is no Constitutional Amendment needed to end the nation’s birthright citizenship, whereby millions of illegal aliens have been able to secure their U.S.-born children American citizenship.
During the Christian Science Monitor‘s breakfast with Cuccinelli, the acting director said he does not believe that an amendment to the Constitution is necessary for the U.S. to end its birthright citizenship policy. WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Law enforcement officials said on Wednesday they had arrested hundreds of people worldwide after knocking out a South Korea-based dark web child pornography site that sold gruesome videos for digital cash.

The United States on Wednesday restored economic aid to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras that had been cut off after the Trump administration complained the three Central American countries had done too little to halt a surge in migration.
U.S. President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that some “targeted assistance” would resume as they praised governments of the three countries for reaching immigration agreements with the United States. COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) – A new law in Texas now requires high schools to have “Stop the Bleed” training and kits in their classrooms before January 1, 2020.
Baylor Scott & White stopped by A&M Consolidated High School to teach students how to stop traumatic bleeding. Doctors and nurses provided training on how to apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and use tourniquets. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi walked out of a meeting with Donald Trump about the crisis in Syria Wednesday after she said the president had had a “very serious meltdown” and insulted her in front of other congressional leaders.
“What’s really sad about it is that I pray for the president all the time and I tell him that, I pray for his safety and that of his family. Now we have to pray for his health, because this was a very serious meltdown on the part of the president,” Pelosi told reporters on Capitol Hill. Ethel, LA — A mentally ill man was killed this week as he ran away from police after allegedly stealing a box of eggs and raw chicken, according to the man’s family. Early Monday morning, Christopher Whitfield, 31, was gunned down by an East Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s deputy who has yet to be named.
Whitfield was running from police when he was shot, his family said. He’d allegedly run away from the gas station with a box of chicken and some eggs. Before he was killed, Whitfield had reportedly broken into a cooler behind the gas station where he took the items. During the October 15, Democrat debate Robert “Beto” O’Rourke made clear that AR-15 owners who refuse to hand over their guns will have them taken away.
O’Rourke reiterated his plan to use a government-mandated buyback to confiscate privately-owned AR-15s and AK-47s.
