Federal agriculture officials and their supporters are practically drooling over the possibility that Amish farmer Amos Miller could be hit with a devastating fine and expenses exceeding $260,000. The headline in Food Safety News captures the air of climactic anticipation gripping the U.S. Department of Agriculture over the Amos Miller case: “If farmer doesn’t quickly pay $250,000 contempt fine, jail could become an option.” Oooh…..and how about a lynching party, editor Dan Flynn and publisher Bill Marler? If jail doesn’t show that uppity Amish boy Amos Miller who’s boss, I mean, wouldn’t a lynching finally do the trick in getting Amos Miller’s highly coveted meats and other natural foods off the market at long last, and sending a message to other Amish farmers who also have the gall to sponsor food clubs offering on-farm-slaughtered meat to eager members? Former Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Wester will spend the next 12 years in prison after being found guilty of planting drugs on multiple motorists.

In Green Cove Springs Monday, Gov. Ron DeSantis urged disenchanted cops from elsewhere in the country to come to Florida.
One reason? The “culture is better” compared to other states.
“I do think you will see; I think you’ve already seen. At approximately 10:55 am eastern (Tuesday, 7/13/2021) the area in which I live experienced a power outage. I called my electric company, PECO, at the only telephone number I could find a “hard copy” of in my desk. Two U.S. Marshals and one suspect were shot Tuesday in Baltimore, authorities confirmed.

A World Health Organization (WHO) official said that the organization is working to develop a COVID-19 vaccine “digital wallet” and is also seeking to “increase the distribution” of an international certificate for those who’ve been vaccinated.

U.S. Capitol Police will begin fielding military surveillance equipment as part of sweeping security upgrades as the force becomes “an intelligence-based protective agency” after the Jan. 6 attack.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin recently approved a Capitol Police request for eight Persistent Surveillance Systems Ground – Medium (PSSG-M) units. The system provides high-definition surveillance video and is enabled with night vision. The system does not include facial recognition capabilities, the Pentagon said.
