Florida State Rep. Dan Daley (D-Coral Springs) is pushing legislation that would require a background check for all ammunition purchases in the state.

A Maine teenager, 16, has died by suicide after struggling with COVID-19 isolation when his school went to virtual learning.

ANTI-vaxxer activist who founded Learn the Risk, Brandy Vaughan, has reportedly been found dead by her nine-year-old son.
News of her death started circling on Tuesday, however the date has not been confirmed.

George Gascon, Los Angeles County’s new head prosecutor, unveiled an agenda Monday that will usher in changes to the local criminal justice system by his refusal to prosecute certain crimes on top of other sweeping changes.
Gascon, a former San Francisco District Attorney and former Los Angeles police officer, announced in a series of policy directives that many misdemeanor cases will be dismissed, saying that nearly half of those incarcerated on pre-trial misdemeanor offenses suffer from mental illness. Choosing to not wear a face mask in public is no different than flying airplanes into the Twin Towers or bombing a federal building, according to Lancaster, Calif., Mayor Rex Parris.

In the letter to US District Judge Alison Nathan who is overseeing her case, attorney Bobbi Sternheim wrote: ‘While her weight may currently be fairly consistent, she had lost over 15 pounds, and she is sustaining hair loss’. Four trial participants who received the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine experienced facial paralysis, according to the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA said the issue should be monitored as the jab becomes more widely available.

LOS ANGELES, CA — After focusing on education and voluntary compliance with the county’s coronavirus health orders, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department announced plans Tuesday to crackdown on illegal gatherings deemed “supe-spreading events.” The effort began with a raid on a massive “underground party” in Palmdale that ended in 158 arrests.
The Saturday night party was organized by a teenager, but more than 100 adults attended the gathering, according to the sheriff’s department. The crackdown comes on a weekend when the county reported more than 10,000 new cases daily and as Gov. Newsom placed Los Angeles County on lockdown. A California judge issued a ruling on Tuesday that said Los Angeles County acted “arbitrarily” and without rational justification when it banned outdoor dining late last month, according to reports.
“The Restaurant Closure Order is an abuse of the Department’s emergency powers, is not grounded in science, evidence, or logic, and should be adjudicated to be unenforceable as a matter of law,” wrote Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James C. Proposed legislation to make Covid-19 vaccinations mandatory in New York has come under fire from critics, who are recalling the state’s 2019 abortion bill and asking: Where have our rights to control our own bodies gone?
The State Assembly bill, which was introduced by Manhattan Democrat Linda Rosenthal, says in its summary that Covid-19 vaccinations would be compulsory “in certain situations.” But it later says any mandate would apply to “all individuals or groups of individuals who, as shown by clinical data, are proven to be safe to receive such vaccine.”

Global power elites are using the fear of COVID-19 as an excuse to create a digital ID that will divide people into classes based on their medical history, in essence creating a new caste system of the vaccinated and non-vaccinated.

The U.S. Army has fired or suspended 14 leaders at the Fort Hood military base in Texas over widespread patterns of violence there including murder, rape, sexual assault and harassment.
In an independent review of the climate command at the base, investigators discovered a “permissive environment for sexual assault and sexual harassment,” according to a report released by the Army on Tueday. SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento County health officials on Tuesday said they would withdraw plans for a new ordinance aimed at enforcing health orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic with fines.
At issue during a Board of Supervisors meeting Tuesday was a proposed urgency ordinance to deal with what county staff say is a small but growing number of businesses disregarding health orders as coronavirus cases surge locally and across the nation.
