When researcher Curtis Waltman of the website Muckrock received files resulting from his Freedom of Information Act request on Antifa and white supremacist groups from the Washington State Fusion Center, he got a little more than he had bargained for: an unrelated zip file entitled “EM effects on human body.”
Within the file were three diagrams that present information on Electromagnetic weapons targeting the human body and brain. The first diagram, more specifically entitled Psycho-Electronic Weapon Effects seems to detail the potential use of such weapons, focusing on both mind control and physical discomfort. On November 1, 2018, Daniel Best, a 49-year-old executive who worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and led an effort to lower prescription drug prices, was found “unresponsive” near the garage door exit of an apartment building in Washington, D.C. During a press conference in Paradise, California this Saturday while standing amidst the devastation brought by the recent wildfires, President Trump made a point to mention that Finland, according to him, doesn’t have the same problem with wildfires because they spend “a lot of time on raking.”

Police Chief Loren Culp of Republic, Washington, says the gun controls in the newly passed Initiative 1639 will not be enforced in his county.
On September 25, 2018, Breitbart News reported that I-1639 would put in place enhanced background checks for the purchase of semiautomatic rifles, would place a ten-day wait on completion of a semiautomatic rifle sale, and would require purchasers to pass a gun safety course. The initiative also contained new gun storage laws for every type of firearm, including penalties for gun owners whose guns were stolen and used in crimes, among other things. OTTAWA — The case of a woman who received two tickets and was arrested because she didn’t hold an escalator handrail in a Laval métro station is going to the Supreme Court of Canada.
The case stems from an incident on May 13, 2009, when the appellant, Bela Kosoian, was stopped by a Laval police officer at the Montmorency station because she wasn’t respecting a pictogram instructing riders to hold the railing of the escalator.
