In September 2016, I reported on former Democrat mayor of Hubbard, Ohio Richard Keenan’s admitted rape of a 4-year-old girl.  On Friday, Keenan changed his plea in court to guilty on 20 counts of sex crimes, including eight counts of rape.

Keenan, who served as Hubbard mayor in 2010 and 2011, was indicted last month on eight counts of rape and 12 counts of attempted rape and gross sexual imposition. A rape conviction carries a sentence of life in prison.

The United Nations marked the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on Tuesday by telling governments around the world that regulating “hate speech” is part of the strategy needed to “stand up for someone’s rights.”

From Sacramento Bee: Taking a stand in the national debate over illegal immigration, Malibu has joined the ranks of sanctuary cities. The Ontario government is asking chiefs of police across the province to follow the lead set by the Ottawa Police Service and audit the use of reinforced gloves by their officers.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he has told Russian President Vladimir Putin that Israeli forces will continue airstrikes in Syria if they deem it necessary.

BEIRUT (AP) — U.S. aircraft ferried Syrian Kurdish fighters and allied forces behind Islamic State lines on Wednesday to spearhead an assault on a strategic town belonging to the extremist group outside its de facto capital, Raqqa, the Pentagon said, marking the first time U.S. forces have provided airlift for local forces on a combat operation in Syria.

The airlift was part of what Pentagon spokesman Eric Pahon described as a large, high-priority offensive to secure the area around Tabqa and the associated Tabqa Dam on the Euphrates River. “This is a significant strategic target,” said Pahon. BOSTON (AP) — The former head of a Massachusetts pharmacy was convicted Wednesday of racketeering and other charges over a meningitis outbreak that killed 64 people across the country and was traced to fungus-contaminated drugs.

Prosecutors said Barry Cadden, 50, ran the business in an “extraordinarily dangerous” way by skirting regulations on cleanliness to boost production and make more money. MARKSVILLE, La. (AP) — Christopher Few remembers hearing the gunshots that tore into his flesh and killed his 6-year-old autistic son. The barrage of bullets didn’t stop when he stuck his hands out the window of his car in a sign of surrender.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — During a night of vodka, cocaine, marijuana and video games, Joey Meek listened as a childhood buddy confided that he hated blacks so much he was going to kill them at a South Carolina church.

Meek said he thought his friend was all talk until a week later, when news broke of a deadly shooting rampage at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston. But instead of calling authorities, Meek talked another friend out of going to police and giving them Dylann Roof’s name. World Events and the Bible

WEB Notes: At first the headlines were reading that North Korea had their missile aimed at Japan and that it exploded within seconds of launch. So common sense kicked in and they scrubbed that headline. Obviously, there would be no way to tell who the missile was aimed at if it blew up within seconds of launch. Oh leave it up to the mainstream media to hype an event. We have said it before and let’s go ahead and say it again. The North Koreans are no threat, they cannot even get a missile off of the ground. But the mainstream would have you believe they are going to nuke the US or EMP was a big headline a few years ago. Hey whatever sounds good and gets the people excited for war. When in reality these guys are about as harmful as a toothless puppy.
