Subsequent to the December 14, 2013 massacre at Sandy Hook politicians of both parties, to be politically correct, stuffed anti gun legislation down the throat of law abiding citizens. Connecticut, Colorado, Maryland and New York, maniacal governors were trigger happy to pass legislation that usurped an individuals natural right to defend himself.

These political hacks have activated a counter insurgency faster than a speeding bullet. Many American corn and soybean farmers embrace genetically modified seeds and herbicide chemicals. This biotechnology invention helps them produce higher crop yields without having to worry about weeds. Today’s farmers can just apply, en masse, chemicals like glyphosate, which knock out the weeds, allowing the hybrid corn and soybeans to thrive. While this science seems to increase certain food production, it is actually limiting vegetable farmers.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Rhode Island House Speaker Gordon Fox is resigning from his leadership post and will not run for re-election, he said Saturday, a day after federal and state authorities raided his Statehouse office and home as part of a criminal investigation that they would not detail.

Today we decided to go to our property in the country and shoot a little. My daughter was ready to move up to a higher caliber rifle, so I was pretty happy. In my haste to get ready, I forgot to pack my tow strap in Missy’s Jeep.

Well, it hasn’t rained in a week, so the property was starting to dry up. Last time I went out there we had standing water, so it was easy to drive on. The water kept the tires clean. This time we had a soupy mix that was almost like glue and concrete. We decided to drive to the back of the property and check it out. Here is the result of that attempt. McALLEN, Texas (AP) — A barge carrying 924,000 gallons of thick, tarry fuel oil collided Saturday with another ship in the Houston ship channel and was leaking oil, officials said.
