The Faces Of Tyranny In New YorkAmmoLand

Manasquan, NJ –-(Ammoland.com)- New York’s rights infringing ban on assault weapons is constitutional, but it cannot limit a gun magazine to seven bullets, a federal court judge ruled today.

The ruling by Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny in Buffalo found that New York’s gun-control law, called the SAFE Act, that restricts assault weapons doesn’t infringe on Second Amendment rights. But the judge tossed a provision that limits a magazine that can hold 10 rounds to just seven bullets.   Continue reading “Federal Court Strikes Down Magazine Limit but Upholds NY Assault Weapons Ban”

In this week’s analysis behind the news video, JBS CEO Art Thompson discusses how the U.S. State Department is behind much of the turmoil and instability around the world; how this has been the case since at least the administration of Franklin Pierce; and how those who wish to impose socialism in the U.S. are the same people who are in charge of our foreign policy.   Continue reading “What’s Behind the Turmoil and Instability Around the World”

WND – by GARTH KANT

WASHINGTON – The family of Capitol Hill shooting victim Miriam Carey has apparently lost patience with the glacial pace of the official investigation into the death of the unarmed mother, as their attorney made two major announcements.

Eric Sanders is calling on Congress to investigate the shooting death of the 34-year-old dental hygienist by uniformed Secret Service agents and U.S. Capitol Police officers on Oct. 3. The attorney told WND no members of Congress have contacted the family.   Continue reading “Congress urged to investigate ‘murder’ by D.C. cops”

texas republican donorsHuffington Post – by CHRIS TOMLINSON

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — The deaths this year of three major Texas Republican donors, including a billionaire who died over the weekend, could signal a generational change for party kingmakers in the nation’s largest GOP stronghold.

Harold Simmons, whose business interests ranged from energy to nuclear waste dumps, helped transform Texas from a Democrat-controlled state in the 1970s to a Republican stronghold by the turn of the century. Simmons’ death Saturday came after Republicans lost home builder Bob Perry in April and businessman Leo Linbeck Jr. in June. For decades, all three helped bankroll political campaigns both in Texas and nationwide.   Continue reading “Texas Republicans Lose Three Major Donors In 2013”

Before It’s News – by Susan Duclos

Starting with what we know as a fact, which isn’t much with how dishonest TEPCO and Japan have been to date and the amount of lies the have already been caught at and the fact that Japan passed a secrecy law which would imprison anyone from reporting any news they deem “inappropriate,” including ongoing events at the devastated Fukushima nuclear plant.

FACT: Steam is once again rising at the unit #3 reactor, registered on at least three to four days between December 19 and the 27th.   Continue reading “Did They Abandon Fukushima?”

Buck Sexton on What 2014 Holds for the American PeopleGlenn Beck

TheBlaze’s national security editor Buck Sexton opened Monday’s Glenn Beck Program with a simple question: Will 2014 be the year America says enough is enough? As Buck explained, the United States has been teetering on the edge of big government progressivism for quite some time now, and soon the weight of a bloated government and overregulation will prove to be too much for this country to bear. With the midterm elections just around the corner, 2014 provides the opportunity to take a step back and reevaluate the current state of this country. Will Americans finally be ready say enough is enough?   Continue reading “Will 2014 be the year America says enough is enough?”

Humanity Awakens – by Jim Costa

If only you believe like I believe in miracles, we’d get by.”

One of my life defining moments occurred while driving from work back to my lonely apartment. I was working thirty miles west and had been dating my wife for three months, who lived thirty miles east. The radio played the Beach Boys’ song with the words. “Wouldn’t it be nice to say “good night” and stay together? Wouldn’t it be nice?” I realized at that moment that my life was all wrong. I was working hard to create exactly what I didn’t want – unhappiness. I drove straight to her house and announced that I was moving in. I have to admit that all I got back was a giant blank look, but we were married in another three months and every day since the Beach Boys, we have both known the true miracle of being a human and co-creating us; God, it’s nice.   Continue reading “Jefferson Starship & Global Solution”

Obama And The MilitaryEnd of the American Dream – by Michael Snyder, May 30, 2013

Why does the Obama administration treat our military veterans like human garbage?  Every year on Memorial Day and Veterans Day, Barack Obama and our other politicians make very nice speeches, but the truth about how they feel about our veterans can be seen in how they are treated every single day.  In the United States today, there are well over half a million veterans that have been waiting for at least 125 days to have their benefit claims processed.  Many of them will ultimately have their claims sent back or denied just so a government employee somewhere can get a bigger bonus.    Continue reading “25 Signs That Military Veterans Are Being Treated Like Absolute Trash Under The Obama Administration”
