Some truck drivers who haul goods from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach walked off the job Monday, organizers said, launching a protest against four trucking firms they accuse of wage theft.

The suit alleges that Monsanto is guilty of false advertising by claiming that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, targets an enzyme only found in plants and not in humans or animals. Five cast members of the upcoming Ferguson stage play abruptly quit this week after reading the play’s script, which recreates the shooting death of teenager Michael Brown by police officer Darren Wilson using testimony taken from the grand jury proceedings in the case.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the cast members quit the production after learning the true circumstances surrounding Brown’s death. Playwright and producer Phelim McAleer told Breitbart News that the script is based strictly on grand jury testimony, with “nothing added. Honolulu, Hawaii – Writing tickets was like shooting fish in a barrel for Honolulu police earlier this month when they went car to car issuing citations for cell phone use.

According to motorists, police moved into the middle of the street during the worst traffic jam in years and began a ticket writing assembly line that made them over $18,000. CHANNELVIEW, Texas — After a fast-food restaurant was robbed, the pregnant shift manager said she was fired for refusing to reimburse the company the money that was stolen.

The heist happened March 31 at a Popeyes (PLKI) fried-chicken restaurant here and was captured on surveillance video. (WSJ) – Hillary Clinton’s State Department was part of a panel that approved the sale of one of America’s largest uranium mines at the same time a foundation controlled by the seller’s chairman was making donations to a Clinton family charity, records reviewed by The Wall Street Journal show.

The $610 million sale of 51% of Uranium One to a unit of Rosatom, Russia’s state nuclear agency, was approved in 2010 by a U.S. federal committee that assesses the security implications of foreign investments.
