The accused Southern California synagogue shooter made his first appearance in court on Tuesday where prosecutors said he fired only eight to 10 of the roughly 60 bullets he had before his weapon jammed.

President Donald Trump, three of his children — Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka — and his business are suing two banks to block them from turning over financial records to congressional committees that have issued subpoenas for the information.

(ITI), a provider of training solutions for the transportation industry, has released the name of its new training program for drivers wanting to obtain a CDL: On Ramp Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT). This new system adopts new requirements demanded by FMCSA and will be fully operational by February 2020 for state, public, and private CDL schools. Some senior citizens with too much time on their hands pick up bocce or dominoes as a hobby. And then there are the “Bad Grandpas”: Eight old men who pulled off one of Britain’s most audacious jewel heists, capturing some $20 million in precious goods.
The plan began coming together over fish and chips at the Castle, a North London pub, in 2012. Ranging in age from 52 to 73 at the time, the friends were some of the UK’s most notorious break-in artists and had served prison time for armed robbery, jumping bail, fencing stolen goods and other offenses. At this point, however, they were generally out of the game — although they still enjoyed hanging out and reminiscing about their bad old days. A fiery crash Thursday afternoon on I-70 near Denver that began when a truck driver lost control of his truck and plowed into stopped traffic resulted in four fatalities and sent six to hospitals with injuries, according to local police. There were 28 vehicles involved – 24 cars and four tractor-trailers.
The Colorado Department of Transportation has also said that the interstate is expected to remain closed through Friday and into Saturday as crews assess damage and repair pavement that was damaged by fires caused by explosions during the crash.
