After the deadly attacks in Paris last week in which nearly 500 people were either killed or injured by ISIS terrorists, CIA director John Brennan wasted no time in using the horrific attack as a pretense for criticizing what little reform has already taken place in the area of government surveillance. Claiming that the lack of intelligence about ISIS activities and plans was due to too little surveillance, the director followed the status quo of never letting a good crisis go to waste.   Continue reading “CIA Director: Paris Attacks Result of Too Little Gov’t Surveillance”

A former Texas teacher has filed a federal lawsuit for discrimination after being fired from her job in Katy, Texas after she exhibited non-government approved behavior when she refused to refer to a six-year-old girl as a “boy”.

The child’s two homosexual dads insist the little girl is a transgender boy and requested the school call her a boy and refer to her with a boy’s name, but even the media is reporting that the female-born six-year-old was often “confused” at school, referring to herself at different times as a girl, sometimes using the girl’s restroom and sometimes the boy’s restroom.   Continue reading “Teacher Fired for Calling 6-yr-old “Transgender Boy” Student a Girl”

One of the perks of Ready Nutrition is to read books on prepping and natural living and share which ones I like with all of you. The recent U.S. deployment of special operations forces to Syria expands a global U.S. battlefield that is at a historic size. This year, special ops have been sent to a record 147 countries—75 percent of the nations on the planet. It’s a 145 percent increase from the days of George W. Bush. And it means that on any given day elite U.S. forces are on the ground in 70 to 90 countries. Those shocking numbers are revealed by our guest, the journalist Nick Turse. For years, Turse has been tracking the expansion of global U.S. militarism for the website TomDispatch and other outlets. His latest book, “Tomorrow’s Battlefield: U.S. Proxy Wars and Secret Ops in Africa,” focuses on one particular American military battlefield that often goes unnoticed. True Activist – by Sophie McAdam

In February 2014, David Hibbit was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer. He was told he had just 6- 12 months to live, maybe extended to three years if he started chemotherapy. He was never told he had the chance to beat the cancer altogether, but that’s exactly what happened after Hibbit began using marijuana.

Initially, he said he started taking CBD oil “just to help with the side effects of chemotherapy”, which was a “damaging” treatment Hibbit found very difficult to deal with. After 3-4 months of simultaneously treating his tumor with cannabis and chemo, the tumor began to shrink.   Continue reading “Amazing: Swapping Chemo For Cannabis Oil Saved This Man’s Life”

Starbucks’ decision to stay “holiday neutral” on their cups this year has been a point of contention and a heated conversation over the past few days, agitating many to believe that this decision marked an intentional “war on Christmas” (see: Red Cup Controversy).

According to Jeffrey Fields, VP of Starbucks, the concept was for the holiday cups to be a blank canvas, allowing customers to create their own stories, “inspired by the doodles and designs that customers have drawn on white cups for years.” “In the past, we have told stories with our holiday cups designs,” Jeffrey explained. “This year we wanted to usher in the holidays with a purity of design that welcomes all of our stories.”   Continue reading “Starbucks Cup Controversy & The Hidden Meaning Of The Starbucks Logo”
