Sunday on MSNBC, House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) wondered if the Bill of Rights would pass in today’s “climate.”

Clyburn said based off of conversations he has all the time, he believes there would be “strong support against the Bill of Rights” among people who would like to see many of the guarantees “uprooted.”  Continue reading “Dem Rep. Clyburn: ‘Not Too Sure’ the Bill of Rights Would Pass Today”

The Heritage Manufacturing Rough Rider is an Old West six-shooter in .22 long rifle, which is perfect for plinking and putting on a hurting on some empty soft drink cans.

The Rough Rider is simple to operate. It is single action, like the revolvers of the Old West, and this means you have to cock the hammer back before every shot. (For those of you who love six-shooters, there is something special about hearing the action of the gun every time you cock it.) And the gun is accurate, which makes shooting it all the more fun.  Continue reading “Heritage Rough Rider: An Old West Six-Shooter Perfect for Plinking”

During the reign of Barack Obama, mass shootings prompted a White House declaration that community mental health centers would be created across America, in order to spot and treat persons before they committed violent acts. Now, under Trump, we are seeing a similar reaction, with a twist.  Continue reading “Psychiatry in Charge of Gun Control: Utter Disaster”

The Midland-Odessa shooter who attacked innocents on Saturday reportedly acquired his gun privately in order to avoid drawing attention to himself via a background check.

Gov. Greg Abbott (R) noted Monday that the Midland attacker had “previously failed a gun purchase background check in Texas.” At that time no one knew the means by which the gun used in Midland was acquired, but on Tuesday CBS DFW reported the shooter acquired the gun privately “to evade the background check where he would have been flagged.”  Continue reading “Report: Midland Shooter Acquired Gun Privately, Seller May Face Charges”

During an interview with the Fox News Channel on Monday, Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick (R) stated that a “strong look” should be taken at preventing people who have failed background checks from getting a gun and stated that private purchases between strangers are “a real loophole in the law, and I think the NRA needs to get behind the president on that issue and really address that issue.”  Continue reading “TX Lt. Shane Kohfield stood outside the home of Portland’s mayor in July wearing body armor and a “Make America Great Again” baseball cap, a large knife strapped to one shoulder and a copy of his concealed weapons permit displayed on the other.

Using a loudspeaker, he warned the right-wing activists who turned out to condemn the city’s handling of recent violent demonstrations that they needed to protect themselves against their anti-fascist, or antifa, rivals.  Continue reading “Former Marine said he’d ‘slaughter’ antifa. The Inconvenient Truth

About Me

In general, I support the Christchurch shooter and his manifesto. This attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas. They are the instigators, not me. I am simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion. Some people will think this statement is hypocritical because of the nearly complete ethnic and cultural destruction brought to the Native Americans by our European ancestors, but this just reinforces my point. The natives didn’t take the invasion of Europeans seriously, and now what’s left is just a shadow of what was. My motives for this attack are not at all personal. Actually the Hispanic community was not my target before I read The Great Replacement. This manifesto will cover the political and economic reasons behind the attack, my gear, my expectations of what response this will generate and my personal motivations and thoughts. Looking at our immigration policies compared to the rest of the world, you’d think America lost a bet.

The United States is one of only two developed countries in the world (the other is Canada, and even it has some restrictions we don’t have) with full “birthright citizenship,” meaning that any child born when his mother was physically present within the geographical borders of the U.S. automatically gets a U.S. birth certificate and a Social Security card.  Continue reading “How we became the world’s suckers on immigration”

These days, law enforcement at all levels — from the local cop shop to obscure federal agencies — uses snitches to trap ordinary people. Snitches tell lies that send their friends to jail. Paid agents provocateurs talk or trick otherwise harmless people into committing crimes. In many places, Snitch culture has virtually replaced real investigation of real crimes.  Continue reading “RATS! This goes out to every American and to every United States Citizen and to every lawyer in America—-let’s all get this straight once and for all:

No incorporated entity can be a sovereign entity.  By definition.

All incorporated entities are created by a charter or other written covenant granted by a sovereign entity or some higher level parent corporation which is in turn granted a charter or covenant by a sovereign entity.  Continue reading “Especially For Lawyers — Public Notice”

Senator Rob Wagner and Representative Andrea Salinas, two Democrat politicians in Oregon, have proposed a new piece of legislation to be taken up in the next legislative session that, should it pass, would steamroll the Second Amendment rights of Oregonians and make it all but impossible for them to defend themselves and their families against violent threats.

Senate Bill 501 would basically make it a crime for anyone living in Oregon to purchase a gun without first obtaining a government permit – also known as getting the government’s permission. It would also prohibit the purchase and possession of magazines that hold more than five rounds of ammunition, subjecting violators to up to one year of prison and/or thousands of dollars in fines.   Continue reading “Oregon Democrats push new bill to OUTLAW self-defense… protecting your family against violent crime is now a whole new crime”

As reported by Oregon LiveA proposal by two Oregon lawmakers to require permits for all gun owners is generating buzz online and among Republicans at the Capitol, even before it’s scheduled to be introduced at the Legislature on Monday.

It’s the brainchild of student activists connected to the movement that grew out of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida, where a shooter killed 17 people nearly a year ago, according to the bill. Sen. Rob Wagner, D-Tualatin, and Rep. Andrea Salinas, D-Lake Oswego, are sponsoring it.   Continue reading “Wait until you hear the details in this bill: Oregon proposal would require gun owners to obtain permits”

When an oppressive government is challenged, it always tries to put down the resistance through police crackdowns and tightened rules. This is what’s happening right now as opposition mounts to neoliberalism and the rule of the world’s plutocratic elites.

Occupy Wall Street only stopped because of unnecessary mass arrests and police violence against peaceful protesters, which deterred people from organizing more events. Aggressive police tactics in Ferguson greatly inflamed the 2014 protests. And police used excessive force on the Standing Rock protesters, having unnecessarily attacked them with tear gas, water cannons, rubber bullets, lead-filled beanbags, and chemical agents.   Continue reading “America’s Police State Is The Ruling Class’ Pre-Emptive Defense Against A Revolution”

It’s that time a year again! Air Mobility Command’s airlifters have hit the skies en masse under the cover of night to fly across the U.S. and into the vast military training ranges in the American Southwest. The goal is to simulate prying open the enemy’s back door and setting up combat shop on their lawn as part of an annual drill called Joint Forcible Entry Exercise (JFEX).    Continue reading “Conga Lines Of USAF Airlifters Filled The Night Sky Across U.S. For Joint Forcible Entry Drill”

You can’t build the Empire and drain the Swamp at the same time. That’s because the Swamp is largely the fruit of Empire. And it’s also the reason that the Donald is being rapidly undone.

Indeed, it is the Empire’s $800 billion national security budget which feeds Washington’s vast complex of weapons suppliers, intelligence contractors, national security bureaucrats, NGOs, think tanks, K-street lobbies, so-called “law” firms and all-purpose racketeers. It’s what accounts for the Imperial City’s unseemly and ill-gotten prosperity.   Continue reading “The Donald Undone: Tilting At The Swamp, Succumbing To The Empire”

For too many decades the American people, by which I mean the people born and raised in the US in neighborhoods where there were family and neighbors who shared a culture, language, values, and history, have sat tolerantly while a tiny percentage of the population took away their culture by making it offensive to the tiny minority for Americans to live in their own culture.

For example, as John Whitehead of the Rutherford institute makes clear in his statement below, Americans are no longer allowed to practice Christmas outside their own homes. Homosexuals might be out of the closet, but the vast majority of Americans have been shoved into the closet.   Continue reading “The Offended Majority”
