Israeli CoinsEnd of American Dream – by Michael Snyder

Will Israel be the first cashless society on the entire planet?  A committee chaired by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s chief of staff has come up with a three phase plan to “all but do away with cash transactions in Israel”.  Individuals and businesses would still be permitted to conduct cash transactions in small amounts (at least initially), but the eventual goal is to force Israeli citizens to conduct as much business as possible using electronic forms of payment.  In fact, it has been reported that Israeli officials believe that “cash is bad” because it fuels the underground economy and allows people to avoid paying taxes.  It is hoped that requiring most transactions to be conducted in cash will reduce crime and help balance the national budget.  And once 98 or 99 percent of all transactions are cashless, it will not be difficult for the Israeli government (or any other government) to go the rest of the way and ban cash transactions altogether.  But is a cashless society actually desirable?  This is a question that people all over the world will have to start asking as governments increasingly restrict the use of cash.    Continue reading “Government Plan Would Transform Israel Into The World’s First Cashless Society”

I subscribe to the ADL’s newsletter via email, and this promotional message came into my mailbox the other day:

The role of a properly trained law enforcement community is a critical element for a healthy democracy. I wonder if you are aware how much effort and initiative ADL takes to help make that community well-trained? Continue reading “ADL brags it trains, indoctrinates US law enforcement agencies”

Reason – by Steve Chapman

James Comey became FBI director last year, at a time when Osama bin Laden was dead, terrorism at home was on the decline and the United States was shrinking its inflammatory presence in the Muslim world. So naturally, he says the danger is way worse than you think.

Referring to al-Qaida groups in Africa and the Middle East, he recently told The New York Times, “I didn’t have anywhere near the appreciation I got after I came into this job just how virulent those affiliates had become. There are both many more than I appreciated, and they are stronger than I appreciated.” Continue reading “The FBI Prospers by Feeding Fears”

Donna CoxHad four visitors from Nye County around lunch time. Left is Nye County Commissioner Donna Cox.  Yesterday, sometime after lunch, Sharon the cook snuck down to the river and shot the tube! Said she got turned around during the ride and came out with few bumps and bruises. When telling of her adventure she’s smiling.

Sunday night five of us watched WACO: The Rules of Engagement. Sharon brought Peach Shortcake. After the movie, we all agreed that on April 19, 1993 the US government used chemical weapons on American citizens.  Continue reading “Sunday report from Molon Labe”

Four Orthodox Jewish rabbis were charged in New Jersey with abducting Jewish men and forcing them to divorce their unhappy wives, a US federal court said.

Indictment filed by US Attorney Paul Fishmen accuses rabbis Mendel Epstein, Martin Wolmark, Binyamin Stimler and Jay Golstein aka ‘Yaakov’ of abducting or conspiring to kidnap men and torturously forcing them to divorce their wives. These men were a part of a larger group that was charged in the alleged plot.  Continue reading “Four US rabbis indicted on kidnapping charges”

These are preliminary notes.

For now, they’re based on media accounts of the killing spree on May 23, in Isla Vista, California—and of course, these media accounts of mass murders should never be accepted, on their face, as ironclad facts.

Rodger is reported to be the son of Peter Rodger, a unit director of the film, Hunger Games. According to press accounts, the father specifically directed a short film within that film—a propaganda piece extoling the “new society” in which ritual sacrifice of children in the Games is a way of never forgetting the treason of rebellion/war in the “old society,” the rebellion which must never happen again.   Continue reading “Elliot Rodger, Santa Barbara killer: parallels and numbers”

Pope Francis prays at Israel's separation barrier The Telegraph – by Nick Squires

Pope Francis made an unscheduled stop at the Israeli-built barrier that separates the town of Bethlehem from Jerusalem on Sunday, praying against the wall that has come to symbolise Arab-Israeli division.

The unexpected gesture in the cradle of Christianity came as the Pope was en route to Manger Square, where Jesus is thought to have been born 2,000 years ago.

Gordon Duff of Veterans Today recently published an article that clearly exposes him as an agent of disinformation who is working to obscure the truth about what happened on 9-11.  Why is he doing this and who is he working for?

Gordon Duff, senior editor of the website Veterans Today, published an article on May 20, 2014, that can only be described as rank disinformation that is meant to obscure the truth about 9-11.    Continue reading “9-11 Disinformation from Gordon Duff”

Wall Street Journal – by Tom McClintock

One of the worst droughts in California’s history has devastated more than a half-million acres of the most fertile farmland in America. In communities like Sacramento, “water police” go from door to door to enforce conservation measures. There’s even a mobile “app” to report neighbors to city authorities so they can be fined for wasting water.

With the Sierra snowpack at 4% of normal as of May 20, Californians will desperately need what little water remains behind its dams this summer. Authorities have warned some towns like Folsom—home of Folsom Lake—to expect daily rationing of 50 gallons per person, a 60% cut from average household usage.    Continue reading “California Drains Reservoirs in the Middle of a Drought”
