CITY HALL — Chicago’s gun offender registry needs to be expanded to include the names of people busted committing crimes with a gun, Ald. Ed Burke (14th) said Thursday. And Mayor Rahm Emanuel agrees.
The powerful alderman wants to force anyone convicted of a violent crime with a firearm, including kidnapping, assault, robbery and vehicular hijacking, to end up on the list, which now has 584 names on it of those convicted of less serious gun violations. DECATUR, Ga. — A man who claims a police officer planted drugs on him will have the charges dismissed one day before his case was set to go to trial.

A California camp ranger who was carjacked by fugitive ex-cop Christopher Dorner is seeking the $1.2 million reward for Dorner’s capture, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The New York Times reports in a front-page piece today titled “Post Office Buildings With Character, and Maybe a Sale Price” that the Postal Service “acknowledges that in recent years the sale of post office buildings has accelerated, and in 2011 it hired CBRE, a commercial real estate services firm, to handle the transactions.

The unemployment rate fell to 7.7% following February’s Jobs Report and the mainstream propaganda machine is claiming yet another economic boom. The mainstream’s credibility rating has dropped to 6%, even lower than the rating for Congress, which is lower than a cockroach. The jobs numbers that just came out are a fraud and here is why.
It is reported that 296,000 jobs were created in February and we are being told that this is sufficient to drop the unemployment rate. A new report from the Department of Defense outlines the military’s capability to deter cyber threats with some pretty heavy firepower, including nuclear weapons.
The paper written by the Defense Science Board described the best types of bombs to use on hackers to be “Global selective strike systems e.g. penetrating bomber, submarines with long range cruise missiles, Conventional Prompt Global Strike (CPGS), survivable national and combatant command,” while “Nuclear weapons would remain the ultimate response and anchor the deterrence ladder” for cyber threats. The loud mysterious booms continue; this time as shared in the videos below near a South Carolina town with reports coming in just tonight from various locations across America, including Texas, Malibu, California, New Jersey, Alabama and Ohio.
According to these video news reports, many calls were coming from homes running along Highway 11 in South Carolina, quite close to the Cowpens National Battlefield.
