An SUV “mowed” into several members of a band who were set to march in a Mardi Gras parade in Alabama on Tuesday, injuring a dozen people, police and a witness said.
At least 12 high school band members — aged 12 to 17 — were injured, including four people who were in critical condition, a city spokesman announced.

According to the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE), at least 231 colleges and universities have created ‘Bias Response Teams’ or BRT’s.
BRT’s encourage nearly 3 MILLION students to anonymously report offensive, free speech to administrators and campus police.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. – A young couple was sentenced to prison for their part in a racially charged crime.
Both wept as the sentences were handed down.

At least three people were killed and two were hospitalized after a small plane crashed into two homes in Riverside, California, according to officials.

Albuquerque, NM — In a matter of two days, former Albuquerque police officer Dominique Perez went from facing a new trial for the murder of James Boyd to getting his job back.
A mistrial was declared by Judge Alisa Hadfield in October when only three of twelve jurors voted to convict the two officers — which, though deplorably typical, seems inexplicable given officer helmet-camera footage and several nasty details in the case. Tuscon, AZ — Disturbing body camera footage has been released this week showing a Tuscon cop assault an 86-year-old grandma by throwing her to the ground and then pepper spray a 65-year-old woman for trying to help her up.

Two weeks after David Stockman warned that “the market is apparently pricing in a huge Trump stimulus. But if you just look at the real world out there, the only thing that’s going to happen is a fiscal bloodbath and a White House train wreck like never before in U.S. history” and exclaimed that, when looking at markets, “what’s going on today is complete insanity” he is back with another interview, this time with Greg Hunter of USAWatchdog in which he, once again warns, that a giant fiscal bloodbatch is coming soon, and urges listeners to pay especially close attention to the March 15, 2017 debt ceiling deadling, at which point everything could “grind to a halt.”

UPDATE 2/272017:This is an update to my 2015 article. This isn’t just about cussing.
I’ve been to federal court on this issue and had a state police agency admit wrongdoing in writing and punish and retrain their officers because of 4th amendnent violations. I know what I am talking about.
