It’s Thanksgiving, which means that media commentator Mark Dice is back to his annual tradition of shaming the “Black Friday Zombie” shoppers lined up by the hundreds at Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and other Box Box retailers. Idaho is having a hard time letting go of Reefer Madness. Despite being bordered by four states with legal medical cannabis, Idaho’s prohibition is so complete that it crushes the hopes of kids suffering from epileptic seizures.

Aptos, CA — Luke Smith, a sophomore at Aptos High School, was fatally shot by police over the weekend while he was allegedly high on LSD. His death was a tragedy and has shocked the community.

The entire interaction between police and Smith was captured on multiple body cameras. A couple of days ago we wrote about a group of scientists, which included voting-rights attorney John Bonifaz and J. As we celebrate the wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and all we have to be truly grateful for, one thing that takes center stage at Thanksgiving is food—glorious tasting food of all kinds, flavors and recipes.  However, today’s food is not what food was prior to the 1990s.  Food now contains genetically modified organisms which are harming the human gut, microbiome and immune system.

My Thanksgiving wish for all readers is that society everywhere can come to the realization that food really is medicine for the body, mind and even our spirit.  Eating wholesome, clean, non-GMO foods is the best thing we can do to maintain our children’s and our own health and wellbeing.   Continue reading “A Thanksgiving Wish”
