Charges against Jose Montano and Henry Sanchez for raping a 14 year old fellow student at Rockville High School in Maryland are going to be dropped according to a report by NBC 4 Washington.
Sexual assault charges will be dropped against two teenagers accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom of a high school in Rockville, Maryland, prosecutors say.

According to the Department of Justice (DOJ) a church run police department has a pattern of abuse going back decades.
The Colorado City Marshals Office engaged in a long-standing pattern of abuses that included false arrests, unreasonable seizures of property, discriminatory policing on the basis of religion, and violating the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. A video from Venezuela that has gone viral shows a David and Goliath-like clash between protesters and the police in the Caracas neighborhood of Altamira.
A group of young people chase riot police with sticks and stones; authorities then fire on the crowd with tear gas as an armored vehicle pushes back protesters and rolls over people in the crowd. After floodwaters punched through levees in parts of Missouri and Arkansas, the National Weather Service warned Thursday of more high water in northwest Arkansas, where some 100 members of the National Guard are assisting in the flood-fighting effort.

A student dressed as a Stormtrooper on ‘Star Wars Day’ sparked the evacuation of a Wisconsin High School as well as the lockdown of a nearby Middle School and Community Center.
The incident happened at Ashwaubenon High School, Green Bay, Thursday morning when a parent, apparently oblivious to the ‘Star Wars’ fan day, raised the alarm after spotting someone enter the school wearing a mask and what they believed was a ballistic type vest. Reno, NV — Surveillance footage, released to the Reno Gazette-Journal through a public records request, shows the terrifying final moments of 35-year-old Justin Thompson, a man in the midst of a mental breakdown. For 30 minutes, nearly a dozen Washoe County Sheriff’s deputies took turns kicking, tasering, insulting, and crushing the wind from Thompson — who noted multiple times that he could not breathe through the spit mask over his head.
The tragic incident began to unfold on August 3, 2016, when Thompson was arrested. His family and girlfriend reported that Thompson is bipolar and had been off his medication for some time. During the bipolar episode, Thompson, who has no previous criminal record, was arrested on charges of domestic battery. An article in Muckrock reveals that the California Department of Justice (CDOJ) is using facial recognition cameras to spy on everyone.
The CDOJ spent close to one million dollars ($850K) to install NEC’s NeoFace system everywhere.

Russia’s МС-21 jet has left the assembly line at the Irkutsk aviation plant and is being prepared for its maiden flight, Izvestia daily reports.
Developed by the Irkut Division of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) group, the aircraft left the assembly plant on April 28, according to the newspaper. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has said the test flight is scheduled this month.

CULLMAN, Ala. — It’s a video that brings back memories of Carrie Underwood bringing out the Louisville Slugger, smashing out head lights. In this case it started with a shovel to the windshield.
We were able to get Barbara Lowery, the woman behind the smashing on the phone.

Flint, MI — By now, nearly everyone knows multiple government officials in Michigan knowingly poisoned thousands of men, women, and children after the city switched its municipal water source from the Detroit water system to the Flint River. Now, however, as if poisoning residents and their children weren’t enough, the city of Flint is threatening to take people’s homes for refusing to pay for the tainted water.
Although Flint — which blew wide open a year ago — is largely out of the headlines, the crisis is still unfolding. Residents are still unable to drink the water, leaving most families to rely on bottled water for everything from brushing their teeth to cooking and bathing.
