CNN is reporting tonight that Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed Michael Brown in August, is negotiating his resignation from the Ferguson police force. Seemingly it depends on what comes out of the grand jury. If they do not indict him he is more likely to resign as a way to help his fellow officers.

A political science professor dressed up as former-Vice President Dick Cheney (R) and pretended to shoot around the classroom.

In a video and photos obtained by Campus Reform, John Gruhl, a professor of political science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) donned an orange vest and Cheney mask and then pretended to shoot around his classroom.

Autonomous “Robocop”-style robots, equipped with microphones, speakers, cameras, laser scanners and sensors, have started to guard Silicon Valley.

The security robots, called Knightscope K5 Autonomous Data Machines, were designed by a robotics company, Knightscope, located in Mountain View, California.

The robots are programmed to notice unusual behavior and alert controllers. It also has odor and heat detectors, and can monitor pollution in carpets as well.
