Police in Maryland have arrested six illegal immigrants, several of which are admitted MS-13 gang members, in connection with the death of a homeless man killed outside of a liquor store earlier this week.

A hospital caseworker is dead and a psychiatrist injured after a gunman opened fire inside Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Delaware County on Thursday afternoon, police said.
Officials believe the gunman opened fire in a small office, then the doctor then drew his own weapon and shot the assailant, hitting him three times and critically injuring him, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan. The Shiloh treatment center has received a 5 million dollar grant from Washington DC to house these unaccompanied minors who entered the county illegally. The fatal shooting of a dog by law enforcement officers in Michigan late last year was premeditated, according to the attorney of the pet’s owner.
On November 22, officers shot and killed Brittany Preston’s 1-year-old mixed breed Labrador named Lexie in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
On July 15, Preston’s attorney, Chris Olson, filed a federal lawsuit against the city, police officers David Jacquemain and Jeremy Moskwa, and animal control officer Tom Massey. The lawsuit alleges that the killing of Lexie was premeditated and was a violation of Preston’s Fourth Amendment rights. New York City police officers are under investigation for using a chokehold, a move banned under NYPD rules, on a man accused of skipping subway fare. The incident occurred three days before Eric Garner died during a similar arrest.
Videos posted online show two New York Police Department officers wrangling with Ronald Johns, 22, on July 14 while using the banned technique. The officers are also seen punching Johns in the face.
