Cops pointed guns at a St. Louis official and attempted to shut down the entire town during a second night of riots in Ferguson, Missouri last night in scenes that resembled a martial law takeover, with one police officer describing the area as a “war zone.”

The video also reveals the 377-day nightmare suffered by him and his six siblings after they were ripped from their loving family and placed in four different foster care facilities out of county. The Yahoo News tweet disappeared about 20 minutes later, only to be replaced by a tweet stating that the first tweet was a mistake . However, the Yahoo News Twitter release was retweeted hundreds of times in that 20 minutes.

FERGUSON, Mo.—A day of anger over a fatal police shooting of an unarmed black man in suburban St. Louis turned to mayhem as people looted businesses, vandalized vehicles and confronted police who sought to block off access to several areas of the city.

A man found four people breaking into his apartment, and that’s when he had no choice but to shoot. One of the intruders, 18-year-old Michael Paxton, was killed at the scene. He was found by police inside the home with gunshot wounds. Paramedics transferred him to an ambulance but he later died. The other three are still being sought by police.

Police say they believe Paxton and another suspect had handguns with them when they tried to burglarize the apartment. They don’t believe there’s a connection to the resident and the men involved.
