It is widely known that the BBC reported the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 over 20 minutes before it occurred. Police dashcam video that has surfaced shows a man, 38 year-old Marlon Brown who Florida police were attempting to stop due to a seatbelt violation, fled his vehicle and ran on foot, with police chasing after him. During that chase, one cop car driven by DeLand Police Officer James Harris, passed another and after Brown slipped and fell, the cop drove right over him, killing him.
