Back in 1885, to much fanfare, the General Act of the Berlin Conference launched the Scramble for Africa which saw the partition of the continent, formerly a loose aggregation of various tribes, into the countries that currently make up the southern continent, by the dominant superpowers (all of them European) of the day. Subsequently Africa was pillaged, plundered, and in most places, left for dead. KETTERING, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF)- A deaf man attempted to order Taco Bell in Kettering but had the police called on him instead. The incident took place on New Year’s Eve at the Taco bell on East Dorothy Lane.

Brandon Washburn’s girlfriend captured video of the incident and his mother posted it on her Facebook page where it was viewed more than 400,000 times in 24 hours. More than 20 driverless vehicles in Arizona have reportedly been vandalized over the last two years, according to the New York Times, as enraged locals in the Waymo test market of Chandler have begun to revolt.
