Two months ago, defense attorney Bret Royle released police video showing his client being punched and later mocked by a Mesa officer the night of his arrest.
Not long after that, a Maricopa County prosecutor handling the case against his client accused Royle of misconduct for releasing the footage to reporters.
Royle, however, maintains he did nothing wrong because the Mesa police chief did something similar days earlier, when he released body-cam videos of two other incidents in which officers appeared to use excessive force on unarmed suspects. A Phoenix father is accused of beating a man to death after being told the man had tried to forcibly enter a bathroom stall occupied by his teenage daughter.

You know what else would make an awful lot of sense? Killing traitor feds while they are at home in bed, before they can do more damage to the Bill of Rights.
I guess I will have to assume the feds will honor the oath they take to the constitution, and they will have to assume I won’t burn their damn houses down around their ears and shoot anybody that tries to run out…

Despite the wording of the First Amendment, claiming that “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech,” there are countless laws across the country designed to do exactly that. Chatsworth, GA — A family is outraged and a great-grandmother recovering after she was tasered in her breast for failing to understand police when they told her to drop a knife she was using to reportedly cut flowers.
According to police, they received a call from a Boys and Girls club employee noting that Martha Al-Bishara, 87, was walking a trail with a knife. The caller noted that Al-Bishara was not threatening anyone and appeared to be “walking around looking for something, like, vegetation to cut down or something.” She also had a bag. Around 30 people have been confirmed dead following Tuesday’s bridge collapse in Genoa. As emergency services continue to deal with the aftermath of the tragedy eye witnesses are recalling how the disaster unfolded.
People who were on the Ponte Morandi when it dramatically gave away say they saw numerous cars on the stretch of road when the collapse occurred. A witness told Sky Italia that he saw “eight or nine” vehicles on the bridge when it collapsed while Italian broadcaster RAI reported that 20 vehicles were caught up in the disaster. Judge Sarah Backus ordered the release of five suspects accused of running a “school shooting training camp” after one of their attorneys said they’re only being targeted because they’re “black and Muslim,” as opposed to “white and Christian.”

The parents of a 10-year-old boy with autism in Denton, Texas, say they are planning to take legal action after they received a video that showed their son being repeatedly held to the ground by his neck and handcuffed by a school resource officer.
In the events captured by the officer’s body camera — the footage was shared with ABC News and parts of which were corroborated with police reports — the child, Thomas, appears to try to isolate himself in a cubbyhole when he saw a teacher moving toward him.
