While anti-gun filmmaker Michael Moore insists that the gun control crowd is the “majority,” the latest poll from CBS News shows that he’s actually out of touch with how Americans feel about the issue.
With the Senate expected to take up new gun control measures next month, there is a heavy push from both sides that are driving the discussion. Moore, whose anti-gun film Bowling for Columbine was filled with distortions and falsehoods, went on a rant against the NRA and other gun rights advocates during a recent MoveOn.org event. Resisting arrest is not a crime. It is a common-law right, the exercise of which is treated as if it were a crime.
The act of resistance was transmuted into a criminal offense chiefly through judicial activism, rather than legislation. Courts that seek to criminalize resistance have generally made the pragmatic argument that resistance is more dangerous than submission. Significant contagion has appeared in the first 24 hours after the Cyprus bank crisis “resolution,” with the forced bankruptcy of a large Spanish bank inclusive of a partial wipeout of depositors, and the pounding of bank stocks on the markets of Spain and Italy. Trading in bank stocks had to be halted multiple times in both countries to slow the plunge, and a downgrade of Italian sovereign credit by ratings agencies appears imminent. In the last few years we have seen a major increase in so-called cyber security throughout the country. News that foreign hackers have attacked multiple US government agencies has been a drumbeat topic within the corporate-controlled media, complete with fear mongering from government insiders and calls for tighter Internet controls to combat the growing threat.

This UCC document appeared on one of the Skype chats yesterday, it seemed familar to one mentioned to me by a very connected financial person. The UCC filing statement from 2011 raised 14.3 Trillion in money under the Obama Administration by using the the people of the United States as “property improvement” capital on the land for purposes of collateral. You can’t file a UCC on property, but you can file on property improvements.

A gunman walked through a neighborhood in Tacoma, Washington and fired at houses indiscriminately, according to multiple media reports.
No injuries have been reported.
