The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.

Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.
The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.   Continue reading “A Different Christmas Poem”

A group of New York City parents are trying to prevent public schools from sending children who have severe temper tantrums to the emergency room against their parents’ wishes.

The hospital trips can leave parents with costly medical bills, and parents often have to leave work early to pick up their children. Advocates for children with special needs say a solution would be for schools have better trained therapists and educators.   Continue reading “Parents Protest Emergency Calls”

Researchers say they have found a way to get trucks off clogged New York City streets during the busiest parts of the day, and they are hoping to use the same approach soon in other U.S. cities.

A two-year experiment that paid customers, such as shops and restaurants, to receive their supplies at night worked better at changing truck delivery times than previous attempts to discourage daytime deliveries by raising tolls during peak hours, said lead researcher, Jose Holguin-Veras, a professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.   Continue reading “Nighttime Delivery Offers Promise to Truckers in New York—and Elsewhere”

The number of children taking powerful antipsychotic drugs has nearly tripled over the last 10 to 15 years, according to recent research. The increase comes not because of an epidemic of schizophrenia or other forms of serious mental illness in children, but because doctors are increasingly prescribing the drugs to treat behavior problems, a use not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). And a disproportionate number of those prescriptions are written for poor and minority children, some as young as age 2.   Continue reading “Are too many kids taking antipsychotic drugs?”

If you have ever questioned the official narrative for the September 11th attacks then you have, without a doubt, been dubbed a conspiracy nut by the establishment media and those who hang on their every word.

Like the Warren Commission report on the JFK assassination, the 9/11 Report assembled by a Congressional investigation is unraveling and being revealed for what it really is – nothing more than a cover story.   Continue reading “An Act of War: CIA Leak Gives “Incontrovertible Evidence” That 9/11 Was State Sponsored”

Despite Dianne Feinstein’s claims to the contrary, there’s no actual evidence that the U.S. surveillance apparatus has foiled any actual, independent plots of terrorism. There is, in fact, far more actual evidence that the surveillance state has missed numerous signals of plots: from 9/11 to the Boston bombings.

In its latest attempt at P.R. smoke-and-mirrors, the FBI ensnared a Wichita, KS airport employee, Terry Lee Loewen, in an FBI-created conspiracy and “sting” operation. The FBI stalked Loewen for six months following their seeing allegedly positive online comments he made about jihad.   Continue reading “FBI Successfully Foils Another FBI Plot”

A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency program which collects information on nearly all telephone calls made to, from or within the United States is likely to be unconstitutional.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon found that the program appears to run afoul of the Fourth Amendment prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures. He also said the Justice Department had failed to demonstrate that collecting the so-called metadata had helped to head off terrorist attacks.   Continue reading “Judge: NSA phone program likely unconstitutional”

With the anniversary of the false flag production “Newtown – The Lie That Keeps On Taking”, the communists have launched another push to remove the 2nd Article from the people’s Bill of Rights, and MSNBC once again has transformed into an all day anti-2nd Article infomercial.

The dirty little mental midget, Melisa Harris-Perry, despite her obvious deficiencies, is now portraying herself as some sort of expert on the 2nd Article.  Showing herself as the blatant communist she is, Melissa hosted a panel of her fellow communists, assembled under the guise of debate, to push the communist “Disarm the Americans” seditious propaganda.    Continue reading “The Two Bit Communist Twit, Melissa Harris-Perry, Wants You Disarmed”

A school in Minnesota prohibited the display of a Christmas poster designed by a student for fear that it could be interpreted as in some way religious, despite the fact that it features modern day a cartoon character.

Rights Group The Rutherford Institute have taken up the case, noting that the depiction of Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas can in no way be defined as anything but a secular image, and that PACT Charter School officials have violated First Amendment rights by banning it.   Continue reading “School Bans Display Of Christmas Poster By Student Because It “Might Be Religious””

CSPOA

The following sheriffs, state sheriff’s associations, and police chiefs have vowed to uphold and defend the Constitution against Obama’s unconstitutional gun control measures.  We applaud these public servants for their courage and conviction.

The remarkable thing about what these brave men and women are doing is that nobody told them to do it.  Neither the CSPOA nor any other organization that we are aware of contacted sheriffs across the nation and asked them to make statements; this is something sheriffs did on their own, or because their constituents requested it of them.  Soon, people started submitting letters and links to us, and it was such a remarkable thing that we started to collect all the names and list them together.  Then the miracle happened: Other sheriffs across the nation have been inspired by the courage of those who stood first.  Now we see the power of standing, even if you fear you may stand alone.   Continue reading “Growing List of Sheriffs, Associations, and Police Chiefs Saying ‘NO’ to Obama Gun Control”

Anything George Bush can do, Barack Obama can do better and here are the pictures to prove it.

Understand that voting just ensures the continuation of one corrupt party or the other. The puppets in charge (So Called Politicians) are just that-puppets. The Republican party and the Democratic party are to heads of the same beast. They continue with the same actions, the same agendas, only the names are changed. The pictures of torture under the Obama administration are below. Warning: You maybe offended by some of these pictures, they are very graphic in nature.   Continue reading “This Is What Bush And Obama Did For Israel In Your Name”

Days after terrorists attacked the U.S. mission in Benghazi, a State Department official ordered an executive at the security company charged with protecting the special compound not to respond to media inquiries, according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch.

The order was delivered via electronic mail and it’s part of a new batch of State Department documents obtained by JW in an ongoing investigation of the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attack and subsequent cover-up by the Obama administration. Islamic jihadists raided the U.S. Special Mission Compound in Benghazi, Libya and murdered Ambassador Christopher Stevens—the first diplomat to be killed overseas in decades—and three other Americans.   Continue reading “JW Gets Docs: State Dept. The nation’s largest frozen pizza company says it will no longer accept milk from a Wisconsin dairy farm after NBC News showed the company undercover video shot by an animal rights group of workers on the farm kicking, beating and stabbing cows and dragging the animals with ropes.

“Nestlé is outraged and deeply saddened by the mistreatment of animals shown in this video,” said Deborah Cross, a spokesperson for Nestlé’s pizza division, which manufactures DiGiorno pizza. Cross confirmed that Nestle gets cheese from an Appleton, Wisc. supplier that uses milk from the Wiese Brothers Farm in nearby Greenleaf, and said that Nestlé had advised the cheese supplier that “we will not accept any cheese made with milk from the Wiese Brothers Farm.”   Continue reading “DiGiorno dumps dairy farm after NBC shows company video of alleged abuse”
